Yep, this is one of those novels that some random has copy pasted someone elses work onto this website in order to get some free cash and only ran it through a google translate. (Even lnmtl translates novels better than this.)

It depends heavily on the original content, if you read Time Emperor (Champion) on this website the grammar is impeccable even when reading it through google translate.

Depends heavily on what you can tolerate, webnovel and wattpad are manageable if you don't mind the odd novel messing up he/she, lnmtl is great if the novel has been on there a while as they are continuously fixed by fans (newer novels on there can be practically impossible to decipher though.) and Novelupdates is good for fan translations but that's a mixed bag as you get translators who care about their work and the content they are tl'ing and you get the terrible ones who do it purely for attention and those can read worse than simply running the original through google translate. Practically every other website I've come across tends to have a copy of whatever they host on one of the four I mentioned.
