Books with a Harem are usually bad because they either misinterpret what a Harem actually means or they would just end up fan servicing so that the character only thinks about woman. I mean some stories pulled a Harem concept off because they didn't put about 20 people who fell in love with only 1 person. And there is a difference between romance and Harem, romance means that there is progress in a relationship (Mostly) and a Harem mostly means just for the sake of having a lot of girls around you.

Thats why i like harems and not romances, ppl have different tastes. I dont care about hugs and a lot of emotions, i want fun.
