I tried so hard to like the novel and I failed though I haven't drop yet (about to). The author seemed to have a higj ambition in trying to characterized the leads as someone aloof, smart, pretty etc. None of the character (except for the 2nd lead) lives up to the description. I feel the main lead is a man without balls, very weak character and no charisma at all, the parents are all dumb and now the grandpa too. So I wonder how can tbey make money with such a poop brain. The only good thing is the writer can actually write well, it is just she doean't know how to make the leads appealing.

The starting of the story was quite shocking but in a good way. The author's writing style is good and easy on the eyes. I liked the descriptions of the scenes. The character design is good and the story flow is amazing. I'm eagerly waiting for the upcoming chapters. Thank you for your hard work!

I will full 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to this. I really love the book even though I wasn't sure about it in the beginning as the synopsis felt similar to other books where the fl saves the ml still I went forward and read it. Thank God I did cuz I really love the book. The plot in the beginning might be cliche for some but as it develops it's very amazing and fun to read. The FL is strong which is a plus point as I don't like weak ones. And ML till now is not that cold hearted to her as she helped him. As both had past lovers and relationships. It won't be easy to fall in love again. But I m willing to see how it happens. THANK U FIR THE BOOK 😍🥰

It's an ace if you ask me. Author is such a sweet soul and each of her character has reflected the pure emotional changes and dilemma they got. So, the story is of a weak but strong girl li jing (ahem.. everyone's crush). why weak- because she was a pushover for jerk bf and trashy sis. strong- because she fought all the way tgou with lil tears but with a lot of will power and tremendous brain( als, i was such a genius). Ml if the story is ye cheng who's foolish but intelligent man. foolish - because he fall in trap easily and also, because he didn't realised his feelings for fl soon ( for which i almost murdered him) . intelligent- because he learnt from last mistake and tried to correct them anyway. so these two perfect but imperfect people will cause a lot of chaos and ultimately become a power couple. just you wait for it. p. s. - cough, I edited some chapters of this masterpiece too. hope i was helpful. love you bae. and sorry i gave review too late. wanted to write best❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

There are challenges with writing style , but story is interesting. Its painfully slow but I feel author is under pressure to write more chapters so a lot of fillers there. But if you push past that, its an enjoyable story. I just wish author can be focused on work and not just increasing number of chapters. one suggestion is to keep the author and characters dialogue in writer's though section and not in the story itself, it looks weird there.
