I initially had some expectation as this is the first novel I’m reading which focuses on the “second woman”, but I’ve been severely disappointed. The title and synopsis may as well be rewritten at this point because the plot seems to be going in the complete opposite direction. Only the initial 50 chapters correlate with the title and synopsis. After that, it’s like the story has diverged into the budding romance of Valentina and Jason. This is turning out to be no different from any other romantic novel where the girl is cheated on and her lover marries another while she having been heartbroken finds a man who loves her, etc. The supposed ML lacks any sort of backbone and and was forced into a marriage where he’s simply being used as a puppet and has no real control over his life. The FL who claims to be deeply love the ML and will get him back at all cost has within the span of a week already moved on and looking to start a relationship with another while stating that she wouldn’t go back to the “ML”. So in what way is this any different from the vast majority of romance novels on this site? Don’t get me wrong, this type of development is perfectly fine and enjoyable to me, but I just feel like I’ve been scammed of the original reason as to why I started reading this in the first place. The factor that hooked me in was taken away from the equation, so my interest has waned.

Hii... Well, I will tell you to just have a little patience. Because it just starting and has 80+ chapters. I planned on taking this novel to around 500 chapters. So, you can expect that Valentina is giving a chance to Jason. As for the title and Synopsis says, this novel is about a "second woman" you just need to give time to settle everything between everyone. It’s not even about patience. We’re nearly 100 chapters in which generally gives readers a fair amount of time and content to make their own opinions and see the direction in which the story will go. At least that’s how I go about things when making a decision to read further. I understand the saying that things don’t just happen in a day, but in the story how much time has passed in which the “ML” cheated on the MC and got married and the MC saying she’d have him at all cost to she now havIng moved on and giving up on the love she’s had for so many years? A week or two at most? I’m still fairly interested in the outcome of who’ll end up with who, so I’ll check up every now and then, but as of now the current development is disappointing in relation to what I thought this novel was supposed to be about and what the title pertains to.

Two particular ones that stand out to me are “I Deserve a Second Chance” and Loving You Too Much”. I especially love the first novel I named as it’s more of a slice of life and none of the cliche in which I’ve mentioned before. Neither is it the usual revenge story. The love in that story is so beautiful. While the second is not as unique as the first has a just as a beautiful love, but there’s a bit of drama and scheming involved though not overwhelming so. Anyhow, for the most part both are great feel good reads which align with what you asked me. Do give them a go.

I totally agree with you. It just that she feels so betrayed by the love of her life. He surely told her that he is going on a honeymoon with his wife and still the FL trusted him and let him go but she didn't expect the outcome that he will reveal about his marriage. Well, Not even Xavier knows that in the first place. Because all these revealing things were done by George and Edward. The things aren't settled between anyone. it will only settle when Xavier again comes in front of Valentina. I know that Valentina promised herself that she will never let him go... But, we still don't know how stories turnout... Just need to wait for a little while until Valentina figures her feelings out again.

To Love You Again is very action pack (in a way where there is a lot of scheming but it’s not for the couple romance ? Like it is a legit war between the ML n FL and the villlain but the villain doesnt really care about their romance cuz the guy just wants to kill them all etc etc) so maybe you’ll like it?

I just started reading this story and I really love it 🥺 the name of the book grabbed my attention quickly. Honestly I'm not very fond of stories that include cheating but this book has genuinely captured me to the point where I keep on coming back to read it. We never like the 2nd woman and the person whom we regard as homewrecker but have you ever heard his/her side of story? NO! This work specially highlights the story of a passionate lover, a witty and powerful lady who will go through lengths to get back what's hers. She's in love with ML (who marries another woman) but believe me as far as I can feel it....my hunch is that MLs wife is the villain whereas the FL who appears to be a bad person is actually a victim. And if this is accurate guess then author has successfully created the hype and understanding of the characters. They appear naive but accordingly situation, the development of emotions is wonderful and that's what drives the plotline up to fuller. Don't worry about the quality its highly readable (more than that) and not to forget the smexy cover. ☆_☆

Tbh, this is my first time writing a review for a contemporary romance novel. I haven't read many so there might be mistakes in my judgment. I started this novel not expecting much, but as I read till mid-way, I put all the thoughts behind my back and decided to stop it. Bcz, this novel doesn't suit my taste. Xavier, the ML, isn't that interesting of a character. He just accepts to marry some random woman his father choses. He isn't a nine-year-old kid that can't think for himself, right? He had Valentina who was his lover since high school or it says. Their bond isn't something that can't be easily broken by a third wheeler. Tears start streaming down his face for who knows how many times. Each line I read makes it more awkward and awkward. It would be better if the author uses other words to describe his pain. Reading the same lines doesn't help but irritate for someone like me. Letting these all slide, what surprised me the most is the wedding night which goes smoothly. Really smooth. I was taking time, keenly going through those lines expecting him to reject or something along those lines, but it still didn't happen to lead to disappointment. And the next day he goes to Valentina's office, telling her to break their relationship. I could go on and on explaining many things. But I'm really sleepy and most of it, tired now. In short, I appreciate the author for writing this novel. Don't take it to heart whatever I said. I just want to advise you to make it interesting for a fellow reader such as I, to read. It would be better if you increase the chapter length because everything I read could be sum into 200 words. Write something which makes the readers react and feel the emotions coursing through the characters. Not just plain one. I couldnt' give more stars and this is the maximum I could. Author, if you reply, type in lesser words bcz I can't read and understand quickly. Try to sum it up in 100 words if possible. That if, you reply. Author name is the same of a popular actress I know. I admire her a lot. Good luck!
