At first I liked the idea of building a souls society, but I don't like the idea of him being considerate of others even though he's a Shinigami

no because he shows himself as a wuss, when ryujin ask him to be a balancer to the world but he is busy playing husband and wife with ino before getting revenge or growing more powerful... not that I hate romance but ur characterizing of ramance elements are too raw and rigid to get a feel in reading. and ur power level is shit for, cause ryujin's release forms fire had temperature of sun surface and u have shown kabuto just shirking that temperature as it was a breeze really didn't do well with me ... if u want to nerf a ability then just tell us he still hasn't learn it, why would u show the ability but only to nerf it and shit on the power.
Ryujin Jakka in Bankai has the core temperature of the sun compressed into its blade. Ryujin Jakka in Shikai has a maximum temperature of around 5k Celcius. However, being a *Little Teenager with no experience using a Zanpakuto and technically cheating his way into Shika* means he will be weaker than an old man who is over 2 thousand years old using the same ability. Im sorry if you don't like that though.
