The plot is pretty good. but the relationships of characters in the story likes a spider web. Some characters told that they like/ love A, but they kissed and have intimate acts with B. It made me feel annoyed. Because of that, app to read half of the novel. I decided to dropped. If they were not ambiguous in the matter of romance. This could be novel is my favorite. I don not know why the angels and the demons in this novel can not see souls. it doesn't make sense.

May I ask what chapter you stopped? However it is like that in the beginning as there is needed drama to keep and spice things up for their relationship to happen and be more intense, the succeeding chapters of the book will make up for it as it was what most of my readers enjoyed and commented on in the other chapters! 💪 I hope you give the remaining chapters a try, but I won’t force you to as this is a decision every reader must have. 😁 Anyway, most authors will delete a review like this, but I’ll make it stay. 😊 It’s for my improvement after all and it’s for other readers to see as well. Oh plus the reason of them not seeing souls is for me to deviate from the stereotype of angels and demons automatically seeing them. If I do that, then the purpose of Devin being a Soul Eater would be irrelevant~ like why have a Soul Eater when others can see them and lead them or whatever? Something like that~
i stopped at the chapter told about Shadow's past. .... so Arvid can not see Grey again? OMG it's so sad. i hoped she would be reincarnated.😭😭😭
