Eh it's just for the lolz, if author removes em I'll be inclined to change the review to a 5 star (even tho I haven't read the story). But if he removes my review then I'll just know what kinda person the author is.

It's just as fake as all the other bull**** reviews authors allow because they boost the rating. I see no problem with it. If all spam reviews where they just type "........." or spam emojis, Exp, More! More!, and Good! So good! are removed then ill remove my review willingly. I mean if web novel was really worried about anything going on they would have fixed the review system long ago and stopped allowing authors to remove any review they want without putting in a request, and they would have put in review restrictions until you've read 15'000 words in said novel.

No, they fucking didn't a majority is from an existing fanbase that enjoys riding author dick, I haven't read the story because from the synopsis and other reviews I see nothing interesting. Here's a definition of what a review is pertaining to the topic at hand "a formal assessment or examination of something with the possibility or intention of instituting change if necessary" "a critical appraisal of a book, play, movie, exhibition, etc." is also synonymous with analysis. I don't see any analyzing going on in other reviews on this story.

Yup yup same bro, an author actually gave his story a synopsis because I *****ed about it in a 1 star review a he ended up telling me he'd fix it and say thanks to me and he did and I read his detailed synopsis with his thanks to me at the top and felt so embarrassed for being such a sarcastic ass, removed my review added the story to my library and once I read it I'll drop an actual review on his story.

I have never seen a review so full egotistical pride. Like who are you for the author? So he should ask you wish? Why? What does your review bring him? At least those fake reviews as you say bring him a good rating. But what about your ? You didn't read the story. So it brings nothing. Not a good rating. Not any new ideas. Not any opinions on his strength of weakness as a writer. Absolutely and utterly useless. You say that him erasing would say what kind of guy he is and whether you would give a try to the story ? Lol. Like as a fic ,author have most likely thousands of readers. What would one more or less like you actually bring him that is worthy enough for him to care?
