I was thinking if I should give this a try but a bit hesitant and after reading your review, I’m sure not going to. i’m not really a fan of consented ‘third party’. I mean the synopsis says that the ML is getting married, and I’m not sure what’s going to happen in the story but it seems that the ML is really with the other party. Regardless of reasons, I just get annoyed of this kind o character. especially if he’s even not good towards the FL. 🙈

im with you on this. regardless of how they beautify or romanticize the FL and ML romance, if rither of them was like a third party in anothers relationship, then i gotta put this down

To everyone, this is just my perspective as i read it. but you need to read at least 30 chapters or at least all the free chapters i feel, like i said in the reView. So please go ahead and at least start and see, maybe it is for you. i was just getting annoyed with the both of them honestly. particularly elements of the male lead which i dont like reading too much at this point. but hey still give it a try. i read All the free chapters. so do the same If you are bored just to see if You could want to. Just to clarify, they FL is not a third party. The ML is ambigious about his feelings and stuff, but he has rejected the FL and he does have a fiancee. Thats why it is best to at least read a bit to get an understanding of what i mean and why i am annoyed. hope this helps😊

The synopsis had me confused too as because I don't read stuffs where ml would be a cheat, or keep Mistress aside or be a playboy and not loyal to fl but hey it's Jiong Jiong You Yao we are talking about, nothing goes wrong in her novel I trust her as much ❤ i'll read it anyhow so the synopsis doesn't matter! My goddess is like a brand that is all perfect. I'll rush off to read whenever and wherever Jiong Jiong You Yao is mentioned because that's how she is, she had me hooked since the era of hidden marriage :Pick up a child and get a free husband I hope you'll are well acquainted with this work. yeah, it's just contractual relationship, that Bai girlfriend that he is with cheats on him and he knows but doesn't care, he is with her since his family pressures him and I think her father has some connection with the other business ML is doing(smuggling arms or something?), no wonder ML faces so many assassination attempts...

Since MLs (and his former gf)family opposed his relationship with FL and threatened her, FL wanted to leave him but he forced her to marry him. But right out of marriage bureau her father was murdered, she committed suicide then was rescued and hidden by her biological father. Her biological father then told ML that she died but ML didn't believe and kept searching for her. His wedding on television(not with Bai girl, but with some other friend of his who knows about all this) was a farce ML came up with to drag FL out of hiding.

I dislike ML, after her disappearance he thought he should have let her be free and happy instead of forcing her to marry him, but later it seems he kinda coerced her to stay with him to be able to visit her son. FL's biological dad and her mothers relationship was also messed up unhappy cinderella story with yandere prince.

ha, imagine if everything plot twists and he isnt the ML im seeing the comments not many are sure of who the ML is hahahaha

That would be much better if Sichen wasn't ML lol I like his sickly brother much more, he is such a cinnamon bun. Ou mingxuan ends up with nice psychologist that he already has a daughter with(at least I think thats his kid, not sure) and then that daughter ends up with FLs son.
