Got f-ucking lured into reading this carwreck. Innovative, my as-s. It's just the same old faceslapping, young master, escalating realm-conflict bs all over again.

LIKEYou are so wrong lol. 100-200 chapters of this story may feel shitty but it is necessary to develop the plot. If you read through you shitty 100-200 chapters would make a lot of sense. Oh yeah the cultivation may seem like it can instantly destroy science/technology but if you read through you would know science/technology is one of the very core of this novel.
you know that, some reader alway judge the novel from ' first impression " right? if the start is already bad, then...there no point to continue...
After an "only decent" beginning, it grows into literally the best novel I've ever read. The skills, the worlds, the enemies, the adventures, all of it, top notch, and no "young master" Crapola... he leaves that world behind for almost all the rest of the book. 15/10 would recommend to everyone
decent beginning? that was a mess of one
Ok, so I upgraded it to "only decent" because the quality of the story beyond the rough beginning was so great, I don't want people to miss out on such a great story just because author started it w/ some cliche junk before finding his groove and pumping out some seriously amazing story. Since I started reading WAO twice a day, I basically dropped everything else I'm reading, b/c it's just not as interesting as seeing how Gu Qing Shan gonna genius his way out of the next crazy problem ^-^
Idk what is interesting about this old face-slapping plot young master summoning family reinforcement? Your taste is kinda weird but that's okay...your choice.
if you haven't read long enough to see mc leave the original world in the dust and see what kind of awesome challenges and plot twists await, then you don't know why I like it so much. As many others have said, the cliché beginning style doesn't stick around, and the real fun is all about how mc has to use incredible wits to triumph over seemingly insurmountable odds.
Nah, I'm already nauseous of this kind of novel...as I said it's all "you guys" choices.
