Pls continue the novel, I am really liking the idea of having infinite stamina, but a question he has infinite stamina meaning his body holds infinite energy so will he age, I mean if his body gets an infinite supply of energy his body should not degrade Right?

Unless he had regeneration in compliment with that infinite stamina then he would still grow old, growing old is the process of the junk DNA called telomeres being cut off of the end of your DNA every time it replicates. After so many times replicating the telomeres are gone and it starts to cut away at your actual DNA, DNA needed to tell your skin to not sag and wrinkle, until your body can't function anymore it keeps chopping the DNA shorter and shorter introducing more problems and inabilities to function. Also, infinite stamina is not infinite energy it is just his muscles not producing the lactic acid that tells you that your muscles are taking damage/tired. Look up Dean Karnazes who can run 3 days and nights without feeling any tiredness in his muscles because he does not produce lactic acid.

Of course, because tiredness is a safety mechanism. So, when u run out of your stamina means that your body is exhausted and needs a rest, but if you don't produce lactic acid, then you just tear down your muscles and maybe got overheated if it is high-intensity physical activity. And I am not mentioning spending on body resources such as salt, water, and glucose. His endurance may be infinite, but look how much food intake is required by Naruto to keep just a "very high" level of endurance. So, he needs regeneration and better lungs, good metabolism, and more developed homeostasis for body self-regulation.
Death_panda:Does that hurt his body?
