Nothing really happens 20 chapters in. It's one of those novels that's not too bad, just bad. Things in this novel up to now are written in a very unentertaining way, the mc wakes up, goes to school, talk with friends.. just like that, and with those events if I can call it that, nothing was written that really stood out for me. It's like the word "meh" was made solely to have a perfect description of this thing. There are stuff better out there, yet why is this thing ranked at the top?

3.5 isn't actually "irrationally high" in wn, I gave 3 star to story development and char design, anything else 5 star because I don't really have any problems with update stability, translation quality, and world background.
Anyways, the reason of this review is to warn other readers of what thing they're getting themselves into, hence the 3.5 stars.
But bro... translation is not not not not a 5. They are using complicated unneeded pinyins rather than actually translating it? Laziness on the translators part / translation team.

I'll let you know the story takes a good turn halfway in. The story, I have to admit, isn't very interesting at first and it takes really long for that to change. But after he gets into the school, the pace change and speeds up and the story then really shows its true colors. The main reason I like this story is because it's funny, okay sometimes the humor isn't what you would call mature, but still hilarious. And the side characters are really fun to watch too. So, if right now you aren't occupied reading another story, I suggest you try this story again. I tell you, the story change after a few chapters at magic city martial art uni.
