The idea of the story is interesting, but i think you rushed a bit too much in the flashback chapter, the relationship between each character is a bit awkward because of it, for example the MC is mad when the hollow ate his vice captain, bc we don't know what the MC feel about his VC, it's a bit too forced, the same thing happened with the captain commander. In my opinion you can probably explain about his past in the first and second volume, or maybe explain his third life with ichigo a bit more and make his past with yoruichi more mysterious. *Sorry if there something wrong with what i wrote, english isn't my first language.
