Is you took the homosexual stuff out of FOD there wouldn't be much too it. Seemed like every life he had was mainly dealt with sleeping with a guy one part of the story a women tries to seduce him and he actually starts puking from it. It started out good but later on was way too much homosexual stuff. So I would have to say a big no on it unless you like a lot of male buggering in just about every other chapter.
If you hate it than just hate.Nothing to say.Everyone has their own tastes.And yes,I like FOD and this book(the last X)very much.Including MALE romance,bl ,system.I will like what I like.And I like FOD and similar stories.That's it.
