I don’t agree with how this development is happening.
Harry Potter has been through a war and experienced so much since his birth that it’s not even funny.
But seeing a man he only knew the name of die in a peaceful, non-graphic way gives him trauma? I don’t buy that
He wasn’t directly or even indirectly responsible— he just didn’t do anything. And even if he did something to stop him from crashing into the wall, the trio would try even harder to walk through it thinking that it’s the weak point of the ward since Harry was trying to not let them touch that.
So, yes. This development seems forced and the author is giving him trauma for the sake of it.
But! It’s not my story and I’m enjoying it so far 🤷♂️
