chp 2: Return and reunion

Evelyn stopped crying because she was offered a candy from a handsome young man. The young man also looked up and froze when he saw bella.

Their gaze locked, and it felt like the time had stopped.

"James, no need to pay attention to this bastard. Oh hello bella so you finally came back. I thought you said you didn't have any family here anymore."

James and bella both were jolted out of their daze by diana's words.

"Hi diana,"

bella said dryly and went to pick evelyn up. She didn't greet james at all and was leaving when the maid came running in and announced that the patriarch of hunt household was there.

"What???diana screamed excitedly.

"james, grandfather hunt must be here to settle our marriage date, oh my god i am gonna go and get ready to meet him" she smiled at bella smugly then ran away before james could say anything.

Bella was also going to leave when she saw the old master hunt already entering and looking at her. She had no choice but to greet him now

"Hello, old master hunt." The old master hunt was surprised to see the most beautiful girl he had ever seen standing there and greeting him.

That's when he remembered that howells second daughter was known as the beauty out of heaven. So this must be her.

"Oh child, you have become a beautiful young lady. I couldn't recognise you there for a moment,"

" Old master hunt you r here. You should have called me instead of coming yourself. " master howell said respectfully

" howells lad, how are you? And i am glad i came myself. Otherwise, how could my old eyes have seen such a rare and one in a million beauty. You are one lucky father."

" I remember i once showed  this damn grandson of mine a poster of my favourite celebrity and told him that she is the most beautiful woman, but do you know what he said? he said he has seen someone prettier."

" i was shocked because this handsome grandson of mine never found anything beautiful as he was used to seeing beauties like his mother and aunt at home, so i curiously asked who?"

"So he replied Bella howell is the most beautiful girl there is. Hahahaha"

Bella was surprised, then became awkward and took her leave. James, on the other hand, got embarrassed, so he changed the topic.

"Grandpa diana will be here soon,"

Old master hunt showed visible annoyance after hearing dianas name.

"Day by day, that girl has some new scandal going around, but this time it's too much.Tell me, is that also a movie scene or something?"

James hurriedly checked his phone and he was shocked. It felt like he couldn't breathe anymore. He threw the phone angrily and ran towards dianas room.

Master howell and old master hunt were also shocked. They heard cries and screames for mercy from dianas room. Every1 came out of their rooms .

James face was red with anger. He came down and said

"Grandpa, let's go. i have nothing to do with the howell family anymore,"

old master hunt realised now that diana must have cheated on james.

Bella and melissa couldn't believe their ears because diana was head over heels for james, so it was really hard to believe that she could do that.

Old master hunt stood up to leave, but master howell fell to his knees and begged for forgiveness

"Old master hunt, she is a child she didn't do it on purpose she must have been drugged. Plz give us another chance."

"It was decided by you and my father before even the kids were born that we will become a family. Plz old master hunt show us some leniency,"

old master hunt was going to reject and leave when suddenly he saw bella and stopped in his tracks.
