As Gary lunged to punch Nathaniel, the latter quickly spun dodging his fist and depositing Maya safely to the side.

His bodyguards quickly surrounded Maya, protecting her from the ensuing fight.

"What are you doing?!" Maya shouted. "Protect Nate!"

The bodyguards stood still while she watched in horror as her cousin attacked Nathaniel again.

"Nathaniel!" he heard her scream as he caught Gary by the wrist and threw him on the ground.

"Argh!" Gary howled in pain as he touched his back.

"Why would you do that?" Nathaniel asked calmly as he approached Gary.

Of course, his bodyguards wouldn't bother stepping up to protect him in this instance, Nathaniel could easily deal with Gary on his own.

He had lived years in the underworld and had become its undisputed king at one point before finally letting it go to its proper ruler.
