Edie must be painful at this moment. Scarlet knew all she could do was standing on her side.
Edie didn't know how long she'd been crying.
Her eyes got swallowed.
She dried her eyes and said to Aaron, "I need to see Donald. I couldn't let him do this. We must have other solutions. I don't need him to do this."
"But..."
"Please. If something bad happened to him, I would regret life." Edie said anxiously.
Looking at her eyes, Aaron failed to say no. "I can help you. But I couldn't assure you to stop him. You need to eat some food, and then I'll take you to his house,"
Edie checked the Time. It was at 5 o'clock. They had two hours.
The dinner was ready. Edie had no time to talk to Scarlet.
"Okay, we need to go now."
"Eat the soup now. Or you'll get hungry soon."
'But..."
Edie wanted to go immediately. Scarlet interrupted her, "don't rush. You always want me not to rush. It is quite early. Trust Aaron, okay?"
