Several days ago, when Bravo Team was sent to capture Maxwell, the first news reporter explained that he was a drug lord after mobilizing a strike team in a matter of minutes from the time he knew his life was in danger.
There was only one explanation for someone being able to mobilize such a team in a short while.
It was either one who had status high enough to achieve that... Or wealth so massive that he could employ anyone they saw fit.
And what could generate more cash frequently than doing drugs, money laundering, and human trafficking? So it was believed that whomever the Special Forces soldiers went after was someone that didn't want to go down without a bang.
