Jayan Island

The boat floats to the sandy beaches of the island. Seemingly no one in sight as the three of them look around.

"This place seems deserted…" Yuma agrees with Cani.

"Let's search for materials and food so we can make it to the next island without worry of running out of food and what-not…" Nezxa nods and jumping down on the sand. Cani afterwords followed by Yuma.

The three of them walk down the crumbled and fallen apart street. Yuma slightly shocked.

"This place looks devastated…" Cani agrees as they hear someone. All three of them rushing to hide behind a wall of a crumbling building. Someone walking down the street in ripped up clothes. Nezxa hearing something.

"I hear something in that building over there!" Nezxa runs across the street. Cani shouting silently.

"Wait!" The person notices them.

"Hey! You aren't supposed to be here!" The man rushes at them as Yuma jumps out. Shouting at Cani.

"You follow Nezxa and see what he's talking about! I'll deal with these guys!" She nods and follows him into a building. Yuma kicks the man and punching him to the ground. Running into the building before more people see him.

Nezxa slams open the door as a girl lays on the floor hiding behind some furniture.

"Hi little one…" The girl hides further behind the furniture.

"I'm not little… I'm 16… What do you want with me, you creep?" Nezxa sighs and relaxes his shoulders and standing up.

"I was probably scaring you… Sorry…" The girl stays silent and looking over the arm of the chair she hid behind. Her cat ears matching her bright orange hair and purple eyes. Nezxa smiling and relaxing.

"You know… You remind me of my daughter… except for the ears and tail…" The girl perks up a bit.

"What's your name kid?" She hides a bit again.

"Kinsha…" Nezxa nods slowly as Cani angrily drags him out of the room and into the hallway.

"NO! We are not getting a young girl to bring with us!... Non the less a-" Cani tries to stop herself from puking.

"Cat… Girl…" Cani gags as Nezxa laughs. Turning around to look as Kinsha stands behind them. 

"Technically it's up to the captain wether we take her or not… and don't you want a girl you can talk to instead of two boy's you hate?" Cani is kinda shocked but he has a good point. She sighs as Yuma runs past.

"They're too many of them… they're on my tail… grab the girl and jump! They'll kill her too!" Cani is shocked as she watches Yuma body slam the 3rd floor window. Cani gagging as she grabs the girl and jumping out the window. Nezxa spreading a wall of magma to stop the men as he follows suit out the window.

Nezxa catches up to the running Yuma.

"You know you didn't have to bodyslam the window, right?... I could've killed them with my Magma dragon apocolyse-" Yuma interrupts him.

"It would attract too much attention… Something we DON'T need right now… I also didn't feel like committing first degree manslaughter yet" Nezxa is shocked Yuma thought that far ahead.
