The Fall Of The king

The whole place in Sequa is now like a battlefield, all animals such as elephants, giraffes, monkeys, and birds, even the animals that live in the sea, rivers, and lakes. They are at war right now.

Likewise, the humans living in the royal palace of the great king as well as living in other places throughout Sequa, all fought wars as soon as they learned of the betrayal that was being carried out in the palace.

"You weak creatures shouldn't be rebellious like this!" one of the beasts groaned in annoyance.

"You are the weak one! Look at you, you immediately agreed to betray the king after they promised you freedom?" The beast's opponent was an elephant.

"Shouldn't the stronger ones occupy the highest places in the world hierarchy?" the beast was a wolf, and he desperately wanted to win this battle now.

"That traitor allowed all of you to freely forage for food in the forest, right? Then how likely is it for you to die and be killed while looking for prey? Or how big a threat will come while you sleep?" as one of the most intelligent animals in Sequa, this elephant is good at narrating.

He knew that the beasts were willing to help the traitors of the kingdom to overthrow the great king Bilhelm because they were promised freedom after the seizure of the throne.

The forest no longer has strict rules as when it was under the direct leadership of the ruling king Faruq the mighty lion, because they would be freed from those rules.

Meat-eating animals may seek prey in the forest and kill other animals and so on, giving rise to the law of the jungle itself.

Such conditions will greatly threaten weak plant-eating animals that do not eat meat, they will be at the bottom of the food chain.

So far such a situation has not happened in Sequa because the king has arranged everything to be safe and peaceful.

The wolf heard very well what the elephant in front of him had just said, but because his desire to win was so passionate he did not consider such a situation at all.

"You only talk a lot, with your big body you can also stand among the strong, but you choose to be loyal? I think you're starting to lose your mind. Get ready to be my lunch!" The wolf pounced.

"Fast! Everything is fast!" so many animals running and away from the battle site.

"I've found a safe for us, everyone follows me!" a sparrow appeared in the middle and then he led the way.

The beasts were numerous and they were all residents of Sequa who were loyal to their king, so they didn't want to betray the king.

But the problem is, the beasts start to rampage and pounce on anyone they see, as animals that don't have the strength, fangs, and claws as strong as they can not fight so they seek shelter to be safe.

Some wild animals from the Tigers, Black Tigers, Cheetahs, and other cat families chose to remain loyal to the king but they were outnumbered.

Because of that, the stronghold that was loyal to the king was cornered because they were outnumbered.

From among humans themselves, those who have power under the direct king even betray because they are promised a better life after.

So those who had the power to defend the king's sovereignty were destroyed one by one and betrayed, this made Bilhelm think that they couldn't possibly win.

Moreover, the 3 great powers that have just been created by Edard are comparable to the 3 rulers, making those who are threatened with being carried away by the tide betray.

"Are you sure we'll be safe here?" asked the monkey to the sparrow.

"This is one of King Faruq's favorite places to rest, so not many know about it."

"But how long can we last here?" one of the humans who had been on the run due to lack of fighting power, asked.

"Who knows!"

In the kingdom itself, all the power that the king had was silenced by Edard's 3 strong generals before the battle broke out.

So when Edard launched his action no one else could fight him except the king himself.

With careful preparation, he was one step ahead of the king himself. As someone who has experience with the king, of course, he understands how the system of power works, so everything feels a little easier for him when he runs them one by one.

Despite knowing his country might fall into chaos, Bilhelm didn't give up and continued to fight with Edard because his current goal was to let his wife go as far away from the kingdom as possible and save their child.

"Looks like you're starting to get overwhelmed," Bilhelm gave him a sarcastic smile because Edard still couldn't bring him down.

Even though his stamina and strength have decreased while Edard is still very strong because of the tonic that continues to flow in his body.

Ting! Ting! The sword was still fighting strong.

"I admit your strength, but it's a shame you're going to die!" Edward shouted.

Puu!

The sword blade pierced through the stomach, and blood started to drip from the wound!

Bilhelm drew his sword and Edard fell to the ground, Edard's stomach was pierced by the sword of Sequa's power!

"You?" Edard was surprised because everything happened so fast, he screamed and it caught him off guard, and ended up with a sword stabbed in his stomach.

"Too bad!" Bilhelm's face looked a little sad, however, he couldn't bear to see his sword stabbed into his uncle's stomach.

"Phuu!" but suddenly Bilhelm's mouth spits out a mouthful of blood.

He looked down and saw that a sword had pierced his upper abdomen.

"This?" Bilhelm dropped to his knees, everything felt weak after the stabbing.

"Right! Too bad, it's a shame you have to give up on your kingdom today!" it's a woman's voice!

Bilhelm recognized the voice, she was none other than the wife of his uncle, aunt Aleina!
