Krasny listened to the small discussion between Vanessa Shawn and the unknown agent who had protected him. It wasn't the same one who had given him the piece of paper, but since he was wearing the red armband mentioned in the note, he easily guessed that he was part of the same group. However, the alpha was on his guard.
After so many knives planted in their backs by humans, he preferred not to blindly believe that his Kind had finally gained allies. His judgment would await the end of the battle. He looked at the circle of runes that had lost a bit of its blue glow. It paled second by second which worried the alpha who couldn't help but feel concerned about the confrontation that must have started in the Crescent Moon territory. What was going to happen now? Were Glen and Eden going to be put in danger because of the failed mission on his territory?
