Charlotte and Archie were as flabbergasted as I was.
They kept staring at the pregnancy test result, and the silence became uncomfortable as the minutes ticked by.
"Okay. You guys are freaking me out. What the hell am I supposed to do with…this?" I said, finally breaking the silence.
I was tired of listening to my heart pound while waiting for them to talk, and at my words, Archie leaned back and sighed.
"This is bad," my best friend muttered, his gaze filled with concern and wariness.
"Very very bad," Charlotte parroted his words.
"I know it's bad. You don't need to remind me. What I need you to do is tell me what to do," I snapped.
Charlotte raised her eyes at me at my hard, cold and harsh tone.
