Sura!

Yel looked at Lee and Rin. From his experience with these two, they are definitely talking in private messages.

"Lee," Yel called. "Jill and I have to speed up. We'll see you around."

Lee opened his mouth, looking like he wanted to see something, but he said nothing and just nodded.

"Ok, I'll see you both in Sura," Lee smiled and waved.

Yel looked at Jill and beckoned to her. "I'm about to go hyperspeed, so hold on tight."

He bent down a little and waited for Jill to hop onto his back.

Jill's body was soft and light. Although it wasn't Yel's first time having body contact, an electric shock still ran through him.

Remember this is the girl that ditched you for someone else. Yel bit his bottom lip hard and tried to control himself. He took a deep breath.

"Right, let's go."

Yel sprinted off at max speed possible and turned his circulation speed to max as well. He was going at speeds faster than any race car on Earth.

After they were gone, Lee looked at Rin. "We should pace up too, I need to be in Sura in 3 hours."

[Through excessive training of agility, AGI 17 → 20]

[Through excessive training of stamina, STA 4 → 8]

It didn't take long for Yel to travel 389 kilometres. At the end of the journey, He wasn't even puffing. His circulation and respiration rates could easily keep up with the speed at which he was going, so there was no risk of body overuse.

On the other hand, Jill was a different story. She was shivering from the wind and fright. Imagine travelling on a motorcycle at speeds faster than a car without any warm clothing — that was Jill.

"Can, we, not, do, that, again…" Jill muttered through clattering teeth.

Yel looked awkward. He had completely forgotten about how low a normal person's circulation would be. If it wasn't a game, Jill would have frozen to death.

"Sorry sorry," Yel said apologetically. "No next time without 5 layers of clothing I promise!" Yel made a funny oath-swearing gesture at the sky.

Jill laughed and slapped Yel on the shoulder. "Hurry up and enter the city already!"

There was about 50 minutes left on the countdown. That's enough time, Yel thought.

They walked and stopped in front of the city gates. Gazing up, there were big letters:

SURA, CITY OF THE LIGHT

The city looked captivating from the outside, and the inside also looked interesting.

They walked into the gates.

[You have entered Sura, City of the Light. This is a safe zone]

The second they entered, noises filled their ears.

"Top-tier sword, freshly crafted. Only 100 Gold!"

"Fresh baked bread, 1 gold per loaf!"

"Newspaper, Newspaper for free, anyone?"

"Knight guild seeking new warriors! Apply now!"

NPC calls filled the streets. It sounded chaotic, but just like real life. Crowded cities and streets filled with sales.

Shops were only single stories on this street, and it looked like something you might find in a medieval city.

Yel opened the map — the city was huge with multiple gates. It was roundly shaped, and divided into 4 sections. They entered from the southwest gate, and from here to the southeast gate were the market streets of Sura. From the North gate to the southwest gate were the neighbourhoods; from the southeast gate to the north gate was a large ground dedicated to the various guilds and organisations for training and quests.

In the middle of the city sat the royals. The Suresa Family lived here. From the map, Yel could make out some castles and beautiful gardens. Yel would definitely love to visit sometime, but he knew that only a few percent of the global population could be invited into the royal grounds.

It was clear where Yel's destination was — the eastern side of the city.

"Jill, let's go find the trainers," Yel looked at Jill, who was still shivering.

She nodded and started jogging beside Yel.

Yel didn't know whether to laugh or cry at the fact that Sura had a speed limit. This meant he couldn't zap around the city.

Wait. Yel halted.

"What's wrong?" Jill asked Yel.

"Hehe, if I can't zap in the city, why can't I zap outside of the city," Yel was laughing.

So they walked back out the gate, out of the city.

Yel carried Jill again to the northeast gate of Sura and walked in. This section of the city was extremely different from the market side.
