Werewolf Chronicles

Living his ordinary life as a gamer, Wade decides to get some fresh air one night. He wanders into the woods and gets bitten by a creature. He and his friends face challenges with other supernatural beings while they are still trying to figure out the supernatural world for themselves. (Decided to remake this because people were saying my other book was too similar to another already made. So, I didn't want to be taken as a plagiarizer so enjoy)

Control

[Wade: I'm free now]

[Lydia: Can I come over? I don't want to do it in my house because my parents are here]

[Wade: Yeah, here's my address]

[Lydia: Ok, I'll be there in a little bit]

Wade went upstairs to take a shower to get the smell of death off of him. Wade put the hot water up as far it would go, but the water felt warm. Wade thought something was wrong with the water, but due to him becoming a demon, his body has more tolerance to higher levels of heat.

After 20 minutes, Wade finally got out of the shower. It was around 11 pm and he still hasn't gotten a text from Lydia. Wade looked in the mirror to see that his eyes were glowing, he summed it up that the cause was because the full moon was approaching and he was losing slight control of his transformation.

Wade opened his mouth to see his teeth looked more like a monster. He could see his teeth were still growing and they were going to get more monstrous. Wade closed his eyes and tried his hardest to change back to his normal appearance. It took some time to change back, but this showed how inexperienced and how much help he needed with being a werewolf.

Wade put on a tank top and sweatpants. It was what he would wear to bed, but a girl was coming over and he was a little too exposed so he changed. He put on a t-shirt and jeans, although, it was uncomfortable his best friend's crush was coming over, he didn't want her to catch feelings for him.

While Wade waited, he messed around with his fire. Since Wade created Morpheus, he had a theory he could create anything he had in mind. Wade couldn't think of something pacific, but he got an idea. He thought of the thing he wanted to create and he could feel his fire morphing into what he wanted.

He opened his eyes to see he had successful created a gun, mad of fire. It was cool to see he could create anything as long as he had enough demon energy and some control. Although he was never going to use the gun, he just wanted to test his limits.

While Wade waited for Lydia to arrive, he practiced with his fire making it brighter, dimmer, bigger, smaller, taller, shorter, and other things. A whole hour had passed since they texted and Wade was getting tired. Just as he was about to go to sleep, he heard his doorbell ring. Wade went downstairs and opened the door to see Lydia standing in front of him.

She had on a little bit of makeup, she was wearing black sweat pants, a small fur coat, and uggs. Her attire made sense because it was freezing outside and the temperature was expecting to drop more later on. Wade let her in and lead her into his room.

She looked around and was surprised how clean it was, normally guys room would be an absolute mess, but Wade liked it clean around him. She took off and coat and laid it on Wade's desk. Wade sat in his rolly chair while Lydia sat on his bed. It was quiet for a bit before Lydia decided to start the conversation.

"So how will we do this?" Lydia asked with a nervous expression because she didn't know what was to come.

"A bite," Wade said trying to sound as calm as possible but on the inside, he was nervous, not because of Lydia's presence, he was nervous as to what might happen to her.

"A bite? I thought I had to drink blood or kill someone," Lydia said sighing in relief.

"Don't get me confused with those vampires," Wade said with disgust in his voice. He didn't know where that came from but he felt hate towards vampires.

"There are vampires?" Lydia asked almost falling off the bed with what seemed like excitement.

"Nevermind that, Now, are you ready to go through with this? I don't know what will happen so are you ready?" Wade asked standing up and walking closer to Lydia.

"Yes, I am ready," She said as she rolled up her sleeve to show me her forearm. She closed her eyes trying to brace for whatever was going to happen to her.

'Nasir, how long do I bite her for?' Wade asked as he tried to transform, struggling not to lose control.

"Hold it for about 5 seconds, and get ready for an interesting night,"

'What do you mean by that? I don't like the tone in your voice,' Wade said as he finally transformed.

Wade looked at Lydia's arm and couldn't help but to lick his lips as saliva started to drip from his teeth as his breath started to pick up. Lydia opened her eyes to see Wade with crimson red eyes and teeth of a monster, her instincts were screaming at her to run, but she was frozen with fear.

Wade got close to her arm as a bit of saliva dripped on her arm. The warm wet feeling startled her as she closed her eyes again. Wade opened his mouth and was ready to bite Lydia, then he heard a familiar voice coming to his room. It was his mom.

Instantly, Wade changed back and rushed to his chair as Lydia tried to act as normal as possible.

"Hey, Wade I'm back. Oh, I didn't know you were having someone over, I'll just leave you two be," Alice said with a smile on her face as she looked to Wade then winked.

"Oh, please stop," Wade said as he covered his face in embarrassment as Lydia on his bed due to their interaction.

Wade got up and locked the door as he transformed again, but this time it was more of a struggle. Wade didn't waste any time as he bites her forearm and stayed there for five seconds. Lydia was going to scream as his teeth pierced into her skin, but Wade put in hand over her mouth and a muffled scream came out. After five seconds, Wade let go as his teeth were covered in her blood, and Lydia's blood pouring from her forearm.

Wade got a wet towel and bandages, Wade cleaned the wounded, and put bandages around it. Lydia seemed like she was fine as she was walking out of his room, as she collapsed on the ground and started shaking violently.

Wade picked her up and put her on his bed, and put her on her side because he thought she was having a seizure. After a while, she stopped shaking as she was sweating heavily. Wade wet some towels then rung them out so they would be cold to drop her temperature, but his room was warm so it wouldn't work.

But Wade thought of something, he manipulated the heat in the room and the temperature dropped. Lydia was moaning and groaning due to the pain, but after a few hours of putting cold towels on her, her skin regained color and her temperature dropped. She was sleeping peacefully on his bed, but Wade was tired, and after she showed signs she was ok, he passed out, not getting the chance to curse out Nasir.

Lydia was the first to wake up as she saw an unfamiliar ceiling and she was laying in a bed that wasn't hers. She sat as a towel fell from her head, she saw Wade on the floor, but all she could do was silently thank him.

She got up quietly not trying to wake up Wade from his sleep as she grabbed her coat from his desk. Just as she was about to leave his room, she heard movement behind her, she saw that Wade had woken up.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up,"

"No, it's ok. Are you feeling better?" Wade asked slightly concerned but he saw that she had looked as she came but he had to be sure.

"Yes, I am fine, but what happened last night?"

Wade explained everything that happened last night to Lydia, she was surprised how much effort he put into making sure she was ok, and she felt good inside knowing that someone would go the extra mile for her.

"How are you feeling? Do you feel any changes within your body?"

"Nothing other than my body feels lighter than it was before,"

'The same that happened with me which means it worked,'

"Don't worry, it worked,"

"How do you know?"

"Just trust me," Wade said with a reassuring look that put Lydia at ease.

Wade walked Lydia to the door and they said their goodbyes. When Wade closed the door, His mom came downstairs with a big smile on her face. Wade already knew what this was about, so he could already feel a headache coming.

"Someone had an interesting night," Alice said while making coffee.

"Mom, it's not even like that, nothing happened,"

"You don't have to be all shy around me, I heard everything, you guys were pretty loud,"

"I'm never going to convince you otherwise am I?"

"Not a chance,"
