Chapter 26: The power of an immortal King {2/2}.

Jinhai looked coldly at Kai, who was standing on the ground below him, "Prepare to die, naive mortal" Then he motioned his finger downward, and at a fast speed, the golden ring pressed down Kai; the moment it smashed into the Kai, the earth beneath his feet tremble and cracked. Kai grunted, and the pressure almost crushed him.

Immediately all the abyssal energy covering kai body was dispersed, cracks appeared all over his body, and blood was oozing out from them.

"Hmmm, you have a cockroach life since you won't die easily, but still, everything is useless in front of absolute power," Jinhai said coldly before he raised his finger up and down again and again until Kai was not visible anymore.

Kai was forcefully buried deep within the earth, and the surroundings looked devastated deal to Jinhai's pressure; all the mountains around were crushed to dust, and there were many cracks in the ground

Jinhai looked at the huge hole created from the consistent smashing of his ring; this hole was where Kai was buried. Jinhai frowned because he could feel Kai's life force aura stronger than ever; even with all the damage he had caused, he did not manage to injure Kai's life force.

Su Rong had already fainted and was blown to the distance by Jinhai's pressure, but her life was threatened. After three minutes of waiting, Jinhai notices a movement from the hole.

Kai's bloody hand reached out from inside the hole, then his head, which was, and finally, he managed to crawl out of the spot he was buried in. He was covered in blood from head to toe, and his cloth looked haggard.

Kai spewed out a mouthful of blood on the ground before he turned his head up to look at Jinhai; with a smile, he asked, "Is this all you've got? If so, prepare to receive my attacks also".

Jinhai did not reply to Kai's words, he only looked at him coldly, but inside his mind, he was speechless because he had gradually increased his pressure to 50% in the earlier assault. Therefore seeing Kai alive surprised him. Thus, hearing Kai's words, he became curious.

Kai closed his eyes and used his mind to connect to abyssal energy again, and immediately, he was covered up in the energy, and only his bloody eyes were visible. Kai returned to his peak condition instantly, and a broad smile appeared.

"You know, I should be grateful to you; with your help, I managed to push my body higher a little," Kai murmured. Then he bent his knee slowly and used his two hands to hold his saber tightly.

BOOM!!!

Kai projected himself upward, and he was so fast more cracks appeared on the floor; Kai was a blur flying upward, and he arrived in front of Jinhai in a second, and with a roar, he slashed saber heavily toward Jinhai.

Jinhai's expression changed slightly because he could feel how powerful Kai's attack was; however, it was too late for him to counterattack because he wasn't expecting such a powerful attack from Kai, so he could only guard himself against the attacks.

BANG!!

The attack smashed against Jinhai with a loud metallic bang, forcing him to take four heavy steps back in the air. With every step he took back, the space beneath his feet rippled violently.

Kai was unwilling to give Jinhai more time to comprehend what was going on; he controlled more energy behind him to form a large demonic wing before charging toward Jinhai, and with a blink, he arrived above Jinhai.

He used his mind to control a vast amount of abyssal energy to his saber, which created a large black demonic saber image above Jinhai. He smashed it heavily on Jinhai's head.

Jinhai's eyes narrowed, and with a roar, he unleashed his power without holding back, but still, Kai's attack arrived before his power could explode outward.

BANG!!!

Jinhai was smashed heavily by Kai's heavy attack, and he came crashing down like a falling meteor. The moment he crashed on the ground, an explosion of energy erupted into the air; the shockwave radiated outward, demolishing everything in its path, boulders were pulverized, and the landscape itself shifted and contorted under the immense pressure.

Kai flapped the wings he created with the abyssal energy before dashing downward like a meteor; he thrust his saber forward, aiming to pierce directly at Jinhai, who just got smashed into the ground.

However, before Kai could smash into the ground with his saber, Jinhai stretched out his hand, and his hand was covered in golden light. With just his hand, he stops Kai's attack attempt.

Kai's blood-red eyes shone brightly. Jinhai turned his cold gaze toward Kai, anger could be seen in his eyes, and golden runes were now circulating in his eyes while golden energy was circulating around his body. He looked like an angry god.

"How dare you, a puny mortal, to defy me," Jinhai snarled, and instantly, a vast majestical aura exploded from his body, immediately Kai and his saber were thrown away; Kai smashed directly into a mountain, and the mountain crumbled to dust instantly.

The air trembled violently because of Jinhai's immortal energy, and his hair was flapping wildly; he took a step forward, and the earth beneath his feet exploded into countless pieces; he looked in the direction Kai was thrown to, "Since you asked for it, be ready to withstand my wrath."

Jinhai growled before he started circulating his blood essence and spirit simultaneously, which made the golden energy circulating around him become more dense and heavy, the space around him tremble violently, and the heavens were screaming in pain cause of the pressure coming out from Jinhai.

To become an immortal King, one needs to possess two of the three heavenly Daos blessings, and the three Heavenly Daos blessings are {Essence, spirit, and finally, Qi}. As long as anyone possessed two of these blessings, they were known to be gods among men because their potential was limitless; however, as for those who possessed the three Heavenly blessings, they were known as immortal supreme. They are known to be the favorite of the heavens. They have heavenly luck and protection and are known as GOD among gods.

Jinhai possessed the essences and spirit blessing, which made him so powerful; he had heavenly luck and protection and had always been treated like a god in his clan; how could he not get furious when Kai defied him?

With another step forward, Jinhai dashed toward Kai; he became a blur, and his speed was terrifying as he was now on another level.

Kai's blood-red eyes shrank slightly because he couldn't capture Jinhai's movement entirely because of his terrifying speed, but he relied on his battle instinct and slashed forward as fast as he could.

Before Kai could completely slash forward, Jinhai appeared before him; he threw his fist covered in golden light forward, his movement was too fast. Kai immediately changed his attack to parry; he used the side of his saber to welcome Jinhai's fist attack.

BANG!!!

A loud metallic sound rang out, Kai took a heavy step backward, but he withstood the attack's impact with his body; they both were in a stalemate; however, Jinhai's power was just starting; he roared, and the power of his fist became more powerful, with a mighty push, he threw Kai forward.

Kai was thrown backward, smashing through the mountains. Jinhai dashed forward with another level of speed, arrived above the flying Kai, and threw another powerful punch to his chest. Kai quickly used his saber to guard his chest.

BANG!!!

Kai was smashed deep into the ground heavily, he grunted, but Jinhai's hand arrived on his face, and he started dragging Kai through the land with his terrifying speed. After dragging Kai for a few seconds, he held Kai tightly on his face and flew upward; he threw Kai upward and used another powerful punch to propel him upward; with his terrifying flying speed, he arrived in front of Kai and threw another punch directly at Kai's chest pushing him upward with a powerful force, instantly Jinhai disappeared in front of Kai and appeared above him waiting for him to arrive, he channels a vast amount of energy into his fist and the golden energy around his fist shone brightly and denser, with an angry roar, he punched at Kai back heavily, throwing Kai back to earth, like a falling star.

Kai smashed deep into the earth, and the point of impact became the epicenter of destruction. The ground is crushed and shattered, creating a massive crater that spans hundreds of meters.

Jinhai did not stop his assault; he was so angry he roared to the sky, and the sky darkened; a loud rumbling sound rang out, and the surrounding energy became chaotic, "Nine heaven thunder strike," he screeched.

Instantly nine consecutive powerful and destructive golden thunder strike down inside the crater, bombarding Kai's physical body like a battered ram.
