Chapter 308 - Or Just a Plan.

"Chris! Stop it!" Sky shouted as he banged hard on the double-sided barrier, hoping to break open it.

Chris doesn't seem to be hearing any of Sky's words, he continues to heartlessly torture his opponent, one by one he pierced the spike into Timmy's forearms, calves, followed by the limb's joint, arms, thighs, and shoulders. As the blood curse continuously invaded his body, Chris became more and more insane, he seems to be having fun causing pain on his 'victim' while keeping it alive without any intentions of killing it.

After about twenty bloody and cruel pierces, Chris once again created a long glowing spike in his right hand, but this time, it's a bit different, the spike in his hand somewhat looks deadlier than the previous spikes, while the smile on Chris's face faded and replaced by a distorted glare. Everyone in the stadium knows that, this will be the last pierce that will end Timmy's life...

Suddenly, a gigantic magic circle appeared above the field and covered the whole field with soft and gentle light, as the soft light shined on both Chris and Timmy on the field, the curse stain on Chris slowly faded...

"Oh my... What was that? Cleansing magic?" Maria asked, rather surprised. "No, that's a timed nullifying magic circle, it's one of Chris's unique magic... Those idiots, this was pre-planned after all." said Ben, a bit angry.

"Heh?" Maria is still totally oblivious of what happened.

"Let's go meet up with Sky out there." said Ben.

"Eh? Why?" Maria asked.

"The match is going to end very soon, so, let's go." said Ben.

Maria nodded despite still don't know what Ben is trying to tell him.

On the field. As the curse stain slowly cleared from Chris, his face turned from the distorted insane expression to a rather exhausted and fed-up look. He stared at Timmy for a while before giving up a sigh, then a sneer. He once again lifted up the spike and brutally pierced towards Timmy who is immobilized in a pool of blood, just that this spike did not get Timmy, Chris pierced the spike onto the ground in between Timmy's leg before he arduously dragged himself out of the field.

As Chris walked out the field, all the awful injuries on Timmy miraculously healed, and the audiences booed at Timmy even more restlessly as that happened, some even started throwing empty bottles and food remnants at him. Seeing the rampages from the audience toward his opponent, Chris smiled satisfyingly before collapsed into Sky's arms.

"I will leave the aftermath to you..."

Chris whispered to Sky before he slowly closed his eyes as Maria and Ben rushed towards them. The audiences are getting more and more restless while causing a rampage to the field...

After Chris exited, the organizer was about to announce a draw for the match and went into a short meeting about whether or not Chris or Timmy are having murderous intentions towards each other, but the rage of the audiences is not anything they can overlook, the audiences react violently towards that decision of the organizers and started throwing random trash and dirt to them, some even climbed down from the viewing platform trying to attack the organizers. Then, most of them started mocking the organizers for the bias and unfairness they have, one of them claimed that they had recorded the match and can prove that Chris healed Timmy before leaving the field which proved that he is not intended to kill Timmy, while Timmy actually threatened Chris saying he wants to kill him in the earlier state of the match.

After a short consideration, the organizer announced Chris as the winner of this match, while Timmy is suspected of breaking several rules of the tournament and needs a detailed investigation in order to confirm that.

After a short repair and clean-up of the field, the third match started...

"Yes, I agree with you, but they really should have fixed the cat, this parrot looks disturbing and disgusting." said Tammy.

"Haha... True." said Sky.

"Looks like our contestants on both sides are quite friendly to each other, but how long will it last? Let's us all looking forward to it. As always, the match will start after the bell rang. Good luck for both contestants." said the parrot.

"Same here, if I lose, my whole team will lose, so, I need to win." said Tammy.
