Sabo

Zeus reappeared on top of the Colosseum and looked down. He saw Zoro and Kin'emon yelling at Bartolomeo to go get Luffy. Zeus crouched on the edge of the Colosseum and lit a cigarette as he watched Bartolomeo run away, excited out of his mind.

Zeus smoked silently and watched with interest as Zoro talked with Luffy until Doflamingo slammed Law into the ground behind them. Zeus stared a Doflamingo with playful eyes, Doflamingo looked up and narrowed his eyes behind his glasses. Zeus sneered and flicked his cigarette away before laughing and disappearing.

Zoro and Kin'emon attacked Doflamingo but were pressed into the ground by Fujitora, or Issho. No matter how good Zoro was in Soru, he couldn't be faster than gravity. So even if he was significantly stronger than what he's shown so far, he was still in the hole just the same.

Zeus leaned against a wall in the hallways of the Colosseum, he had a snail in his hand and said "How many ships do you have at the moment." Crocodile said "Including the destroyer, three. The ship wrights made two of the other ones already."

Zeus frowned and said "It's been a month and a half. What are they slacking for, I want 3 by the deadline or they can forget about the rest." Crocodile said "I agree, I seems that they are studying the designs instead of working lately."

Zeus chuckled and said grimly "Seems like I've been too kind to them. Tell them if I don't get my third ship, that design will be the last thing they ever see." Crocodile chuckled and said "Will do." Zeus added with a maniacal grin "It's time to move. Gather everyone and bring the ships to Dress Rosa. There's an admiral on the island but I will keep him busy. Prepare to swallow everything from Pinky."

Zeus thought for a moment and said "All of you wear your masks and tell me when you're here. I'll give you specific orders once you get here. There's a place we need to steal research from, get Shiruton here as well. Leave Kuzan alone, I don't need him."

Crocodile grinned over the snail and said excitedly "Finally! I'll be there as soon as possible." Zeus chuckled and said "Don't be obvious, hang back and wait for my signal to drop down on the island. Got it?" Crocodile said "Yes Boss." Zeus burst out laughing and hung up.

Persephone licked her lips excitedly "We're moving?" Zeus grinned and nodded. Persephone purred excitedly and said "When?!" Zeus thought about it and said "A few hours. Need to do some stuff first. So both of you need to stay with me."

Persephone and Bonney nodded and Zeus said "Keep an eye out and watch the show girls." he chuckled and said "I'll make it exciting!" he grinned like a crazy person and flashed through the hallways.

Zeus reappeared where Luffy and Bartolomeo were. He glanced at them before turning to Delinger and grinning, his eyes glowed red and he shot forward, grabbing Delinger's head and slamming it into the ground. Zeus bent over and whispered "Don't worry, everything will fall apart today." Zeus fried his brain and turned it to mush before throwing his body into the trash and disappearing into the shadows.

Luffy and Bartolomeo didn't even notice and were arguing when Sabo appeared. Zeus watched from the shadows and saw Luffy and Sabo reunite, he smiled to himself and stayed hidden. Eventually Sabo donned Luffy's costume and pointed the direction of the escape for him, promising that he would win Ace's fruit.

Luffy left it in Sabo's hands and ran away, when he was out of sight, Sabo said "Enjoy the show?"

Zeus stepped out from the shadows and changed his voice as he said "Enjoy mine?" Sabo looked at the garbage pile before saying "What do you want, Kronos." Zeus tilted his head and said "Nothing. We have business to discuss later, but not now. Remember the Flame fruit is very attractive to me as well."

Sabo glared at Zeus and said dangerously "I will win the fruit, no matter what." Zeus chuckled and said "We'll see about that." before disappearing completely. Bartolomeo was stunned silly and said "H-He's Kronos?! The leader of Tartarus?!"

Sabo nodded heavily and said "What you saw before was nothing compared to his real strength. I've heard he's able to destroy islands with his powers." This is what Dragon said after witnessing Zeus losing it on Thunder Fire Island, he told the rest of the revolutionaries so that they won't act rashly. Zeus told Dragon to keep his identity a secret and he did but he made Kronos look like a monster in the minds of the revolutionaries.

Bartolomeo felt his legs go soft as he mumbled "W-we have to f-fight him?!" Sabo chuckled and patted his shoulder saying "Cheer up pal! Its 4v1!" Bartolomeo was confused and said "4?" Sabo nodded and said "Me, you, the girl, and the executive that's going to appear in the finals."

Bartolomeo grabbed confidence from who knows were and said "Heh! You're right!" before the both of them headed to the arena.

A few minutes later

Zeus walked onto the arena and the crowd went silent, only the sounds of his footsteps rang in the entire Colosseum. Zeus blurred and his figure reappeared in the middle of the arena, in 4 directions around him 4 people stood. Sabo, Bartolomeo, Rebecca, and Diamante.

Sabo said "How about a 4v1?" Zeus grinned and pulled out a cigarette, he ripped the bottom of the helmet off and snapped his fingers. A current of electricity appeared and Zeus lit his cigarette, he stared at Sabo, his red eyes glowing with excitement and a crazy grin on his face as he said "Couldn't find anymore?"

Sabo clenched his fists and said "We're enough." he looked at Diamante and said "This is probably your best chance." Diamante was silent before saying "Very well. Only this once."

Zeus chuckled and said "Then attack me. Or are you giving me the first move? In that case, I'd be glad to oblige." Sabo's pupils restricted as Zeus blurred and he turned to Rebecca saying "Watch out!"

Rebecca was startled but it was too late. Zeus appeared behind her with a cigarette still in his mouth and stomped on the back of her knees, causing her knees to buckle. He swept his leg towards the front of her legs and lifted her up before she knelt. He grabbed her by the waist and whispered "Sorry princess." before throwing her in the air.

Rebecca flew through the air and Zeus twitched his finger as he turned around to dodge the incoming attacks, Rebecca slowed down and landed softly in a chair in the contestant viewing area. She was completely dumbfounded as she watched the arena from the viewing section.

Zeus grinned and shot forward, he pulled back his fist and it turned pitch black as he threw a punch at the oncoming barrier. The barrier stopped dead in it's tracks before shattering into a million pieces. Zeus chuckled and twisted his body, dodging Sabo's claw before grabbing his arm and slamming him into the ground in front of him.

Zeus looked down and said "Tsk. Seems like the old man taught you nothing." before ducking under a whip-like sword.

Zeus held his cigarette and exhaled as he looked at Diamante. Zeus put the cigarette back in his mouth before side stepping Diamante's slash. Sabo swung his pipe at Zeus, but Zeus said "Elbow's open." before twisting in mid-air and kicking Sabo's elbow, forcing him to drop his pipe.

Zeus grabbed it before it hit the floor instinctively. He blinked and paused before throwing it at Sabo and flashing away, Sabo froze, that reminded him of Zeus.

When they were kids they all had pipes at one point, Zeus decided that if you let your pipe fall to the ground you were the weakest brother. To this day Sabo, never let his pipe touch the ground a single time. It was a silent competition between them, Zeus never dropped his and when he left, he stabbed it into the ground at their secret base.

They all did when they left. When Luffy finally left, he stabbed his pipe into the ground next to Ace, Sabo, and Zeus'.

Sabo's had his hat on it and the pipes became something new, a memorial of sorts.

Since then Sabo had gotten a new pipe. Even when he lost his memories he chose to get a new pipe immediately and now he had all his memories back and he still used it. His old pipe was still stuck in the ground at their secret base but his hat was gone and Ace's hat was on Ace's pipe, as for who put it there Sabo had no idea.

Back to the present

Sabo recovered and the fight continued.

Zeus' heart was in turmoil, grabbing the pipe triggered memories that he had forgotten for a long time. His movements became a little sluggish for a few moments before he recovered and attacked Diamante.

He swept his leg at Diamante but a barrier appeared, blocking the kick. Zeus looked over at Bartolomeo and changed his target, Bartolomeo was a nice guy but boy were his powers annoying.

He ran towards Bartolomeo when a fighting fish leapt at him with it's jaws open. Zeus looked at it and roared, the fighting fish's pupils shrank and it lost all it's ferocity. Zeus grabbed it's tail and slammed it into the ground before kicking it at Diamante and charging at Bartolomeo, who had made a barrier in front of him.

Zeus grinned and pushed on the barrier, forcing it back with his strength. Bartolomeo kept his finger's crossed and kept getting pushed back, when he was on the edge of the arena, Zeus' hands turned black and he smashed them through the barrier, grabbing Bartolomeo's collar.

Bartolomeo uncrossed his fingers and patted the dust off Zeus' shirt as he smiled fawningly "Here you go, Kronos-sama. Please don't throw me into the water." Zeus burst out laughing and threw Bartolomeo into the stands, not even bothering to cushion his fall.

Bartolomeo smashed into the stands and was disqualified.

Zeus was checking the surroundings constantly, especially the underground port below the Colosseum. He flashed in front of Diamante and kicked him in the head with a Haki kick, sending him flying into the Colosseum walls.

Zeus ignored him and turned to Sabo. They stood in front of each other silent, not moving at all. Neither of them said anything and a giant fighting fist hopped across the arena, there was a small box on it's head. As soon as it reached the middle of the arena, the duo moved.

Zeus and Sabo clashed in the in front of the box. Zeus flipped in mid-air and kicked his legs out at Sabo while ripping the box off of the fighting fish's head. The duo landed and Zeus had a box in his hands. Sabo was on the other side of the arena with nothing.

Zeus turned around and said with a smile "It's time for the show to begin!" He held the box in one hand and jumped into the air. He lifted his hand a grabbed a dragon spear before slamming it down into the center of the arena, shattering the arena and blowing a huge hole right down to the underground port.

Zeus looked at Sabo before drilling into the underground port, Sabo immediately chased after him, not giving up on Ace's fruit.

Coincidentally, the light from above shone on Usopp, who had knocked out Sugar. Zeus saw this while flying and chuckled, God Usopp was born. He was glad he didn't fuck that up, it was the funniest thing in this entire country.

Above the underground port

The toys turned back into people and everyone in Dress Rosa remembered their families.

Back down in the underground port

Zeus flashed around before landing in front of Sugar. He kicked Trebol, sending him flying away before grabbing Sugar by her wrists and disappearing. Sabo chased after him frantically, coming to a secluded corner.

Zeus had Sugar's wrists in his hands and the box in the other. Sabo said "Give me the fruit." Zeus chuckled and said in his regular voice "Let me change first." he whistled and a cloud flew over, Sabo watched as Zeus pulled out a cloak and a blank mask out of his cloud before looking at him.

Zeus smiled softly and said "It's been a long time Sabo." as he took off the gladiator helmet, revealing his face. Sabo was frozen on the spot and tears pooled in his eyes as he stuttered "Z-Z-Z-ZEUS!" before lunging at him and hugging him tightly while crying.

Zeus chuckled and said "You look like Luffy right now." Sabo backed up and wiped his eyes as he said "Fuck off!" Zeus laughed and threw him a small seastone bracelet, Sabo caught it, confused and Zeus shook Sugar in his hands.

Sabo said "Ohh" and clicked the bracelet onto Sugar's wrist. Zeus left her go and said "Finally, that chick is a pain in the ass." Sabo laughed and said "How you doing?! You're Kronos? Does Dragon know?"

Zeus chuckled and wrapped his arm around his shoulder saying "Pretty good, I am, and he does but I told him not to tell you because I wanted to tell you myself." Sabo almost cried again and hugged him tightly saying "I'm so happy you're alive! When I read the news I got my memories back and.. and.." Sabo completely broke down and cried "I thought you and Ace were dead!"

Zeus teared up and patted his back saying "I'm sorry. I couldn't tell you sooner and about Ace.." Zeus had a painful expression and tears pooled in his eyes as he said "It's my fault, I couldn't-" Sabo stopped him and said "It's not. You tried your best. Sometimes these things happen."

Zeus sighed and nodded with a smile, even though he didn't blame himself and already walked out of Ace's death shadow, he was still sad whenever it was brought up. There was a bit of self-blame left in him, even though he knew he couldn't have done anything about it considering the events that led up to it. He sighed to himself and said "Really nice to see you again Sabo."

He opened the box and both of them looked at the fruit before Zeus said seriously "Take it." Sabo looked at Zeus and said "But you won it." Zeus made a funny face and said "Where's your domineering attitude now?"

Sabo blushed in embarrassment and said "Well I didn't know it was you..." Zeus laughed and punched Sabo in the stomach suddenly, Sabo opened his mouth wide and Zeus shoved the fruit inside before slapping his jaw closed.

Sabo swallowed instinctively and looked at Zeus in shock. Zeus smiled and chuckled "You wouldn't have taken it any other way." Sabo coughed and spit as he said "You didn't have to hit so hard!" Zeus laughed and said "That's for being a little brat!"

Sabo chuckled and said "You might be the 'oldest' brother, but you're not the oldest. Me and Ace are older than you and Luffy." Zeus waved and said "Who's stronger?" Sabo gave him an aggreived look and mocked "WhO's StonGeR?"

Zeus' eyes turned to crescents and he 'smiled' as veins bulged on his forehead and he lifted his fist, it turned into a dragon arm, then red lightning crackled around it, then it all turned black as Zeus said "What was that? LITTLE brother?"

Sabo paled and said quickly "I said you're extremely handsome! I'm so lucky to have a handsome brother like you!" Zeus reverted and rubbed his chin with a serious expression "It's true..." Bonney and Persephone, who seemed to have been forgotten, collapsed when they heard this. Bonney mumbled "Here we go.."

Zeus nodded and said "You're right! Since you have been so kind, this handsome brother raises your handsomeness by 10 points." the girls nearly fainted but they were about to spit out blood when they heard Sabo say "Really?!" and finally spit on the ground when Zeus replied "Really."

Zeus changed the subject and put his mask on before pulling out a book from his cloud and saying "I assume you saw Robin with one?" Sabo nodded and pointed at himself, Zeus nodded and handed the book over. Sabo held it tightly and Zeus said "There's also my vivre card inside. Want to meet your sister-in-law?"

Sabo couldn't keep up, first the book, then the vivre card and now the jump to a sister-in-law. He looked around and said "Where is she?" Zeus chuckled and patted Bonney's head. She hopped off his shoulder and reverted to her normal self in mid-air before smiling slightly and saying "Jewelry Bonney, nice to meet you."

Sabo was stunned and said "Sabo. Nice to meet you as well." he looked at the cat silently watching everything and said "Is that another girl?" Zeus scratched his head and nodded before saying "A sister I took in..." he looked at Persephone, who looked at him and scoffed.

Sabo said excitedly "That means she's our sister too! Lemme meet her!" Zeus sighed and said "Persephone, please." Persephone reluctantly left his shoulder and revealed her true form saying "Persephone."

Sabo laughed and grabbed her hands saying "Such a beautiful sister! Welcome to the family, I'm Sabo!" he hugged her in excitement, feeling like he was back in Foosha village. Persephone was stunned and awkwardly patted his back. Sabo felt warm and nice to her, even though it was their first time meeting.

It was a different feeling from Zeus, more excited and protective than forceful and flirty. She guessed that this was just their personalities, she teared up and hugged Sabo back genuinely. Zeus smiled and pulled out 2 red cups and a sake bottle. He made the cloud form a table and poured the two cups.

Sabo separated from Persephone and grabbed his cup immediately somehow already aware that Zeus would do this. Persephone grabbed her cup and clinked it with Sabo's before they both drained their cups.

Sabo laughed happily and Persephone smiled happily as well. Zeus waved and the cups at bottle sank into the cloud and disappeared, he pulled out two masks and cloaks before handing them to Persephone and Bonney.

Zeus threw Sugar on the cloud and wrapped it around her like a bubble with a few holes for air, the bracelet was specifically crafted so that it couldn't be taken off by the wearer alone so Zeus didn't have to worry.

Sabo smiled and elbowed Persephone lightly as he said "Find a brother-in-law for us yet?" Zeus turned green and Persephone's face turned red as she snuck a glance at Zeus and said softly "Yeah, but he has someone else already."

Sabo waved and said "So? Just take him by force!" Zeus choked on his saliva and Persephone burst out laughing, Zeus changed the topic and said "Sabo, me and dad had an agreement. You can take all the weapons but I get everything else. Including the everything in the Smile factory."

Sabo smiled wryly and said "You milked him dry huh? Always been so stingy.." Bonney said "He paid half a billion beli to impress me when we first met." Sabo chuckled and said "He's always been stingy to men. You should've seen him in Foosha village, we were only 7 years old and he was hitting on Makino, telling her that he would marr-"

Zeus tackled him and throttled him as he said "Will you die if you stop talking?!" Bonney's voice sounded behind him "I want to hear him talk 'Honey'." Zeus felt a shiver down his spine and he sat on the ground, letting go of Sabo and saying "Oh no.."

Sabo chuckled and said "Anyway Makino was.." Zeus snail started ringing as Sabo explained, Bonney waved at Zeus quickly telling him to scram so she could hear. Persephone giggled as she listened and whispered "At 7 years old, hitting on a bar owner?" Zeus sighed and answered the snail as he replied to Persephone "She was super hot."

Persephone twisted and said "What about me?" Zeus looked her up and down before freezing and glaring at her saying "You little vixen. I'll punish you later." before hearing Croc's voice saying "We're here." Persephone whispered in Zeus ear "I can't wait~"

Zeus almost collapsed, this girl was too dangerous. He quickly recovered and said "Come to the eastern side of the island, there should be a hidden tunnel that leads to an underground port. Make something up or just kill them directly to enter. When you're inside come find me and I'll give you directions. A bit of a special situation, I'll explain it later. Did Monet come?"

Crocodile said "Alright and she didn't." Zeus nodded and said "I have her sister. When you get here, I'm going to put her in one of the cages but she's not a prisoner. It's just to keep her from escaping, no matter what, do not take off the seastone bracelet I put on her. Unless you want to become a toy for the rest of your life without anybody remembering you."

Crocodile shuddered and said "What the fuck! That's too powerful!" Zeus nodded and said "I need her for later. Just leave her alone and feed her every now and then, obviously." Crocodile chuckled and said "We'll be there in a few minutes." before hanging up.

Zeus put the snail away and said "Time to move." he looked at Bonney and said "You can be mad later. I need to work now, I will not tolerate any hiccups." Bonney nodded and put her mask on, Persephone had already put her mask on and Zeus said to Sabo "Bring your team to the eastern entrance, it's time to rob Pinky blind."

Sabo grinned and nodded, the 4 of them disappeared from their spots right after.
