In the hospital Ashley was pacing when the doctor came out of the operating room

" Doctor how is she?"

" She survived," when Ashley heard that her mom survived she was relieved

" Miss did you know who did this " the doctor asked

" I don't know doc, when I came back I just I just saw her like this" She said while trying her best not to cry

" Okay she will wake up soon, meet the nurse she will give you some drugs I prescribed for her"

" Okay" she said and the doctor left

Soon after she got a call from Carey

" Where are you, you know today is a very important day for me and I need my best friend beside me" Carey said

" I'm at the hospital " she replied

" What are doing there, did something happen"

" I Can't tell you over the phone let's meet after work"

" Okay" Carey said as she hunger up

" Carey let's go to the conference room" Alexa said as she walked out

Ashton was looking around for someone

" Who are you looking for" Alex asked

" None of your business " Ashton retorted as he stopped looking and took his seat next to Alexa

" So your looking for Ashley " Alex said as he took his seat

" Who's Ashley " Alexa asked

" Nobody " Ashton quickly retorted

" Ashley is Ashton crush" Alexa said teasing his brother

"" So when can I meet her " Alexa as she looked at Ashton

" Ashton avoiding her gaze said " Let's start the conference already " " trying to change the subject, okay we will talk about this later " Alexa said as she stood up to start the conference
