Vow under the moonlight

"Lady Remilia."

"Yes? Shun..."

"Why are you in my room?"

"Is that a problem?"

...Yes, It's dangerous... 

I hesitated for a moment slightly unsure how to respond to Lady Remilia's question.

"Well, Lady Remilia, it's just that this is my room. I was wondering why you're here."

She gave me a playful grin and stepped closer, her eyes locking onto mine. "Is that a problem, Shun?" Her tone was teasing

Woah, Too close.

"N-no, not at all," I stammered, trying to maintain my composure.

As Lady Remilia gazed out of the window, the moonlight bathed the room in a soft, ethereal glow. She turned to me with a mischievous glint in her eyes.

"Isn't the moon so beautiful tonight?" she remarked, her voice a seductive whisper. "How about we bathe under its silvery light?"

I was caught off guard, my thoughts racing. "Sure, but what about Sakuya?"

Lady Remilia's lips curled into a sly smile. "It's fine," she purred. "She understands, after all."

With that, she gracefully left my room, her crimson dress trailing behind her. The door closed with a soft click, leaving me alone in the dimly lit chamber.

I couldn't help but let out a nervous chuckle as I glanced under my blanket. "That was really dangerous," I muttered to myself. "Good thing I covered it immediately with my pillow... since a blanket would've just..."

I cleared my throat, "Let's just do as she says."

I took a moment to straighten the blanket on my bed, and then, headed out to the balcony. The moonlight bathed the night in a soft, ethereal glow, casting long shadows across the mansion's grounds.

Lady Remilia stood there, her scarlet eyes gleaming in the moonlight. She turned to me with a smile, her presence as captivating as ever.

"You're here."

"Yes, Lady Remilia. The moon does look quite beautiful tonight."

She chuckled softly. "Indeed it does. Let's enjoy this moment, shall we?"

As we stood together beneath the moonlight, gazing up at the serene beauty of the night sky, I couldn't help but look at Lady Remilia's eyes. 

Her scarlet eyes, framed by the soft glow of the moon, held a mysterious allure.  A ruby shining in the night.

Under the moon's gentle radiance, I spoke from the heart. "Lady Remilia, I cherish moments like these. They remind me of how fortunate I am to be by your side."

She turned to me, her smile warm and genuine. "And I, Shun, am equally fortunate to have you as my loyal butler."

We both shared a light-hearted laugh, the tension in the air dissolving. "Pfft, Ahaha! Sounds like Lady Remilia is proposing or something," 

I teased so I could release a slight tension but I didn't expect her response to suddenly catch me off-guard.

"And what if I am?"

Eh?

The moon cast a gentle glow upon us as I looked deep into Lady Remilia's scarlet eyes. Her playful demeanor had given way to a moment of genuine vulnerability, and I felt my heart quicken in response.

"What if... you are?" I repeated my words, my eyes widening with realization.

Lady Remilia continued to smile, her mischievous nature still present. Was she joking, or was this a moment of profound sincerity?

"For many years, I have never experienced love from the opposite sex... Is this what you call... 'love'?" Remilia's gaze shifted to the moon.

I nodded in response, my voice soft but resolute. "It definitely is."

Her laughter danced through the night air like music. "Fufu~ So? What's your answer?"

I hesitated for a moment, my emotions swirling within me. Then, I gave a nod, my heart pounding in my chest. "Lady Remilia, if you are serious... then I will."

Her smile widened, and she looked down at me, her expression tender. "Hehehehe!~ I see, I see. This emotion I'm feeling right now... It's great~" She turned her gaze to me. "Kneel down."

I complied, half-kneeling before her, my eyes locked onto hers.

With a graceful gesture, she extended her hand to me. "Propose to me."

A flush of warmth spread through me as I smiled, caught up in the sudden romantic scenario. "I, Shun, humbly offer you my heart, my loyalty, and my devotion. Will you, Lady Remilia Scarlet, do me the honor of becoming my partner in this grand dance of life?"

  "Yes. I accept."

I gently lifted Lady Remilia's hand to my lips and planted a tender kiss on her gloved fingers. Her smile widened, and I could see the joy in her eyes.

This is my first time but...

"I promise to stand by your side, to protect you, and to cherish every moment we share," I vowed, my voice soft but resolute.

Her fingers gently caressed my cheek, and she leaned in closer, her lips meeting mine in a sweet, lingering kiss.

It all happened so fast that I just went with the flow. Of course, I love Lady Remilia as a mistress but at the same time as a woman.
