Chapter 5 – Reaction of the World
The news of Roger dead spread quickly than wave that hit the shore, the people around the world understood that the seas would get a lot rougher from this point on.
Some people are scared because of the terror that might befall them in this era full of pirates
Some people just didn't care about any of that as they live their live as usual
Some has the ambition of searching for the treasure that roger has hidden and even have some ridiculous declaration
Some people is aiming for the Wealth, Fame and Power that even surpass him
And among this many people, there are one group that Roger has been aiming for
The people that on the very that he die, Awaken something deep in them. The people has living themselves hiding in fear, the people that has given up themselves to the fate that has been written for them for generation.
And on that day as they watch the Most Notorious Men in the world die with a smile on his face as if there was nothing more for to regret leaving behind, their heart beat hard for the first time. . . . . in excitement.
They all remember that face the man wear on his final breath as if it tattoo itself on their mind
It's the face of a man- no a living being that has taste it all in this world. The Sea, The Island, The luxurious, The Culture, The delicacies, The Justice, The Violent, The Light and The Darkness of this world. But what the most important thing that they notice is. . . . . . .
The Freedom that he has felt on his journey without anything to shackle him in one place.
They want to felt the same way has that man did, and the DREAM that they has shut deep inside their heart start to raise again. And they are willing to die to achieve it, and along the way they also want to see for themselves what is the freest man in the world treasure are.
Just like that, The plan the Government made to make an example for the people is backfire them, and making the world in upcoming years more and more chaotic.
And what worse is the birth of pirate, Not just any ordinary pirate but the birth of the Pirate with DREAM. And many more group along the way.
All of this change in the world is because of a single man and piece of newspaper.

Two Day after the execution
[Marine Headquaters]
*BANG*
"DAMMNIIIIT" The desk of Fleet Admiral was broken. . . . once again.
"What the hell is wrong with this report? That Damnable Roger, even at his dead he still causing a lot of trouble for the marine." Kong heave in frustration as he read the report of all the marine base that is on each blue and grandline.
Although it's only been couple of day's since his dead, there been many surge of pirate flag rising from each blue and causing a lot of trouble for the marine to handle.
"And who the hell is that person, is he on a cahoot or something? And what the hell is wrong with the news coo to write such an honest word. 'in this the beginning of the great age of pirate' MY ASSS" by now there there many thing that broken in that room including. . . . . . . . his mental.
Finally he grab the den mushi on the ground and made an announcement
"I want every Vice Admiral and above to gather at the meeting room" *Clack* and then he make his way to the Meeting Room.
After 15 minute of that short notice, everyone is now gather inside the meeting, even the still injured Sakazuki that is covered by bandage is there, except for Vice Admiral Garp.
As everyone has taken their seat, Kong can be seen entering from the door and make his way to his seat passing by everyone on way. His gaze on everyone in the room before he open his mouth
"Where is Garp?" Kong ask not directed at anybody
"He said he has some personal problem at his hometown and is currently still at East Blue by now" Vice Admiral Tsuru said as she look at her hand where there is a paper that's moving to the east
"Why didn't he report to me directly? Did he think that with all his achievement he can do whatever he want now?" Kong said sounding a bit angry
"Well. . . . He did said before he left that he will gladly take a demotion as a punishment." This time Admiral Sengoku said, his voice is tired as he already given up on his long time friend
". . . . ." Kong by now just choose to stay silent as to calm himself down and rubbing his forehead.
"That bastard Garp, did he think marine is his playground or something?" Kong mutter in a low voice, but it clearly is heard by the people is the room as they become uncomfortable with that statement
Some just farting they eye around the room looking as if they do not care, some even shift their sitting position and fake reading the document in their hand.
Eventhough they all has respect for Garp himself, but that person is sometime just do what ever he want in this place as if he is a born to be a pirate but shift his career midway and become a marine. That man just lack discipline of a marine.
Zephyr even let out a loud exasperation sigh.
Watching their reaction even Kong cant scold them for acting this way
"Anyway let's continue the meeting, I want all detail report that is happening around the world." After Kong said that, all representative of each sea is reading their report
Each of them is talking about the rising of pirate, the raid on the some marine base and other 'small' stuff. But a report on west blue caught several high level marine attention. [ even though they are all vice admiral there are still difference insignia between them base on the number of stripe on their cout]
"There has been sigh of several Archaeologist or more specific 34 Archaeologist roaming around entire West Blue. The leader of this group is a woman around the age of 30-35 years old with white hair, they have been on sight for four years now but they have not made any suspicious movement until one day ago, when one of the marine overhear that some of the Archaeologist talking about finding the 'True History'" After the marine finish his word, the room was dead silent.
And everyone in the room notice the change of atmosphere around Tsuru, Sengoku, Kong and Zephyr. After looking at each other and nodding Kong issue an order.
" Vice Admiral Saul, leave your post on New World and go to West Blue. I want you to use any mean possible to catch this group of people, kill if they resist. But make sure to keep one alive for integoration. And I want all marine at West blue to keep on searching for this group. That's all for now, you're all dismiss"
"Yes Sir"
After they all left only Kong, Tsuru, Sengoku and Zephyr is in the room.
"Are really sure about this order Kong?" Zephyr ask Kong and look straight in his eye.
"What else can we do, if what those 5 geezer said is true and the ancient weapon resurrect, the world will into chaos. Even if it's not true and the geezer just try to hide something, I'm willing to sacrifice an island or two just to keep the current peace. Because that is my justice" Kong Said
The room was silent after hearing that statement, Tsuru and Sengoku has a complicated expression on their face. While Zephyr just close his eye, his face is hard to read. After that he just got up from his chair and walk toward the door while speaking to nobody.
" I become a Marine to protect the people, to serve justice to the criminal, to protect kid from having their Dream shatter by the cruelty of this world and most importantly to protect my own FAMILY.
I can't say I understand you Kong,
We serve different type of JUSTICE,
You and I have different ideology,
But. . . . . . I can't say I'm not disappoint in you.
Those people are just living their dream but you order to hunt them down by just some vague statement from those 5?
I will send you my resign letter tomorrow, I rather teach some new kid than involve more with this mess"

I admit that there are not much of mc screentime here in the couple of chapter. But It's still important for the development that I want to create in the upcoming plot for future plot.
