Chapter 78 House

John woke up in the morning and decided to have the Androids build him a house near the prison. About 300 feet from the prison's fence, it would be a 2 story house and it would have it's own solar panels. John then got up from his bed, his women sprawled out on the bed, nude.

John covered them in a sheet, before he walked out of the room and gathered all of the Androids. John then gave his orders and the Androids quickly started to follow them.

John then walked back to his room to be with his wives.

The Androids quickly got to work and started transporting all the trees John had cut down to the spot where the house would be built. They quickly transport all the wood inside before they processed the wood into logs.

First they made a solid foundation with the concrete John had summoned. They then began to lay bricks down for the foundation of the walls. They then began with the rest of the house.

With 30 Androids, not needing rest and never making mistakes. Also not needing any machines to lift heavy things, they fished up the whole outer shell of the house. They then started with the rest of the house and the inside was done as well.

They had completely finished the house at 7:00 am. John had them start working at 3:30 in the morning. This speed was inhuman, but that's good because they are Androids not humans. Honestly John would be very upset if the Androids had not finished that quickly.

ThebAndroids then went back to their cells and pretended to sleep. At this time John climbed out of bed once again and checked on his kids before he woke up his ladies gently. When they woke up, John said, "Come on, I have something to show you."

His wives got dressed, before they woke up a groggy Sarah and picked up the babies. They walked out of the room and to the courtyard. They were quite stunned when they saw the house in the distance. John said, "Surprise."

They women looked at John for a second before they lunged at him and hugged him. When they settled down some, they started walking towards the house. Carly asked, "How did this get here so fast."

John said, "I had all the construction workers and some volunteers build this last night."

John then led them inside, showing them the inside and the girls squealed in excitement. They walked around their new house, inspecting everything and talking to each other. Sarah was running around the house laughing and searching for the best hiding spots. Amy walked up to John and hugged him tightly, before she kissed him passionately.

John kissed her back, biting her lip and sticking his tongue in her mouth. John backed away and smiled, staring into her eyes for a second hugging her. Sarah came over and hugged John's leg, getting his attention. Sarah lifted her arms, John got the message and picked her up. Sarah then began to tell John how much she loved the house and how cool it was.

John then handed Sarah over to Amy before he left the house. He ran up to their room and began to move all their stuff into the truck. John then drove all the stuff to the house and started moving everything inside.

It took about an hour for him to move all of their stuff to their house. John sat on his chair as he watched his family smile. They were currently watching "Nemo", John had set up a TV and a DVD player for the living room.

John then sat back and relaxed as he watched his family enjoy themselves. Sarah was literally jumping around as she watched the movie, she was super into it. A while later, someone knocked on the door, so John got up and answered the door.

John saw Rick standing there with a curious look. John said, "What's up Rick?"

Rick answered, "John, where did this house come from?"

John said, "I had the construction workers build it last night."

Rick asked, "How did it get finished so fast?"

John said, "There were 31 people working on the house and we already had the materials."

Rick asked, "Where did you get the wood?"

John said, "I cut down a lot of trees yesterday when I was setting the traps. Why you grilling me so much?"

Rick paused, "Sorry about that John, I'm just shocked that this is here."

John said, "No problem. I plan to build many more houses. It will make things more normal."

Rick nodded before he said, "Alright, see you later John. I'm gonna go and check the farm."

John nodded before he went back inside. He spent the rest of the day with his family.

It had been three months and John was sitting on his deck. He looked out and saw rows of houses enough for everyone in the walls. The prison had be turned into a shelter of sorts in case of emergency.

Everyone no longer met in the prison, they met up and talked in a common area close to the houses. The armory and food storage was still in the prison however.

The farm had been moved out of the prison yard and expanded. They had also built a big barn that housed all of the animals. They were now fully self sufficient, and did not need to scavenge. However, they still scavenged in order to find new people and test them.

The radio tower had been built for a long time and scavengers went out all the time. They would contact immediately if they needed help.

The ammo making operation was in full swing and they had plenty. They had ammo types of ammo and ammo would not be a problem foe a long time, even if the production stopped.

John was brought out of his daze as Maggie walked out onto the deck, she was wearing a nice floral sundress. John stood up and kissed her before he followed her downstairs and saw that his whole family was ready to go to the party. The party was to celebrate all of their achievements during the past 6 months.

John and his family walked out of their house and went to the party. Many people greeted them with smiles as they passed by. They sat at a table with Glen, Hershel, and Beth. Beth's stomach was protruding slightly, showing off her pregnancy.

John and his family sat down as they greeted everyone sitting near them. John teased Glen about getting Beth pregnant, but he just smiled happily. John smiled seeing that Glen didn't react, it meant he had matured some.

John then sat quietly holding Sarah, who was wearing a blue dress. His family was talking as he chimed in every now and then.

Everyone went quiet as Rick stood up and clinked his glass with a fork. This caused everyone to quiet down and look at him. Rick started to speak, "Hello everyone! We are here today to celebrate our many achievements. We have all been through so much and that is why I am so glad that we were able to do this"

Rick then lifted his glass with everyone and they drank together. The festivities then started as music played and people started dancing. John danced with each of his wives, having fun. John even danced with Sarah while kneeling on the ground.

The festivities didn't stop until late in the evening. John went back to his house with his family and they slept soundly.
