THE UNTOLD (3)

Andy stood up and started going out, his parents tried to stop him but Alex stopped them.

"I'll talk to him, he's not your son right now" He followed Andy.

Andy was sitting on a street seat when Alex came, He sat the opposite end and Andy could sense his fear.

"You're afraid of me" he said without looking at Alex.

Alex sighed .

"A little, but you're still my friend no matter what" He went closer to him.

"My parents kept this huge secret from me, it's still kinda hard to believe" Andy finally looked at Alex.

"Yeah, but come to think of it, they probably did it to protect you, I mean, if you had known that you had powers you might mis-use it"

Andy let out a sigh.

"The pain, the rage I felt when I was transforming was excruciating" he tried not to remember the pain.

" You'll learn to control it one day, and when that happens we'll be superheroes and sidekicks" Alex tried to sound funny.

Andy forced out a smile, the fear of having all bones in his body break on the next full moon scared him, he wanted to trade his body for someone else.

His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of ambulance that started passing the street with high speed but suddenly stopped when they got to Alex's house.

"Why did they stop in front of your house" Andy asked.

Alex got up from the seat as he saw the paramedics enter his house, his thoughts narrowed to his mom.

"Mom" He ran as fast as his legs could carry him, when he opened the door, he saw his mom lying lifelessly, drown in her own blood.

"Mom!"

He tried to go closer but the police were stopping him. Andy was shocked to his Alex mom on the floor lying lifelessly, he eyesight got hightened all of the sudden and he saw bite marks and scratches all over her body meanwhile Alex was still struggling with the police to get closer to his mom.

His mom was carried away and the police asked Alex to go with them, Andy insisted he go along and since he was adamant they agreed.

It was in the morning that a detective came to Alex, Andy on the other hand was outside wondering why his parents weren't there, not that he cared if they showed up or not but Alex's mom was practically family so they should've been there before anyone else.

"We found this note and this recording under your mom's pillow yesterday, we believe her case wasn't murder" said the detective to Alex, he crossed his hands as he waited for Alex to reply.

Alex raised his head from the table, if his mom's case wasn't murder then it's suicide.

"my mom would never commit suicide, it's impossible, someone or something did this" Alex replied with anger in his eyes, if it wasn't against the law, he would have given the detective the beating of his life for accusing his mom of suicide.

"If you believe your mom didn't commit suicide, then you should provide us with the list of everyone you suspect to be her enemy"

Alex mom had no known enemies to Alex, beside how could a gentle woman as her have enemies, it's literally impossible.

Alex was starting to believe his mom murdered herself. But why? it was both painful and confusing at the same time. He couldn't take the pain anymore so he placed his head on the table that crossed between him and the detective and started crying.

The detective had the urge to console him, but he got up and inform Alex that he's free to go.

But where would he go? His mom was his only family, Andy's parents were his only hope now. Thinking of Andy's parents made him wonder where they were.

He went out and saw Andy waiting patiently for him.

"Let's go" he said almost without making a sound but Andy heard him because his hearing had been hightened.

When they reached Andy's house, they were suprised that the door was open, the whole house looked like a battlefield and wreaked of blood.

"What happened here?" he asked rhetorically as he let go of the door handle and entered the house.

"Mom! Dad! anyone home?" Andy called but no one answered and he got worried, he ran upstairs, checked the whole room but couldn't find anyone, when he came back he saw Alex staring at their kitchen window, he went there and saw writings carved with knife.

-Run wolf, Runnnnnn!
