Chapter 25. The Master's Arrival

After Sofia leaves the ballroom, she returns to the maids's dining room.

As she returns to the dining room ,all of the maids immediately go towards her.

All of the maids say ,"Why were you been called by the lord duke?!!!!"

Sofia is stuck and she can't go anywhere ,because all of the maids are surrounding her.

Arina says ,"Hey ,hey ,hey ,enough ,don't disturb Sofia ,you all could ask her in a proper way."

Then ,Aleksandra says ,"No ,theres no time for her to answer all your questions ,because its already the time to get back to choreswork."

All of the maids say ,"Ah ,we want to know why Sofia got called by the lord duke?!!!!!"

Then ,suddenly Ms.Daria arrives and says in a high voice ,"Hey ,all of you ,what do all of you think you're doing? ,stop slacking off!! ,get back to work on your chores ,all of you!!!!!"

The maids are forced to leave their question unanswered and return to their work.

Ms.Daria stares at Sofia ,because she is jealous of her.

Sofia notices that she stares at her ,but she just ignores her ,because she is tired to deal with her.

She leaves the dining room with Maria.

Then at the same time, theres a servant is on the same route. He is on his way to the maids's dining room.

As he's on the way walking towards the maids's dining room, he looks at Maria and Maria looks at him for a moment.

The servant says in his heart, "Beautiful."

And then ,Sofia and Maria go to their choreworks.

The servant stops and look at Maria again at her back and then, he continues to walk to the maids's dining room.

The servant goes to the dining room and called Ms.Daria ,"Ms.Headmaid Daria ,you must immediately go to the assembly hall."

Ms.Daria asks ,"Why?"

The servant says ,"Master Gregory Grosvenor is in front of the mansion."

Ms.Daria surprises ,because suddenly Master Gregory arrived at the mansion without any announcement of his return.

She thought that Master Gregory come at the next two weeks.

But now suddenly, he comes early.

Ms.Daria immediately goes to the assembly hall ,after she heard the servant said.

As she arrives at the assembly hall ,she sees Sir.Igor is present and prepared to greet Master Gregory.

Then ,Ms.Daria also prepare her formation to greet the master.

Master Gregory Grosvenor get out from his carriage and gets inside the mansion.

The servants open the door for him and then ,the servants ,Sir.Igor and Ms.Daria bow towards him.

And then they bow and greeted him ,"Welcome back ,master."

Ms.Daria is very terrified of Master Gregory Grosvenor ,because he is a very strict person.

This 57 years old man with his intimidating face.

Just by his presence in front of him make Ms.Daria trembles and very terrified.

Master Gregory wears the supreme military general suit.

Master Gregory says ,"Hello ,Sir.Igor ,its been a while and you are the new headmaid, right?"

Ms.Daria says ,"Yes, master ,my name is Daria,i am the new headmaid and I promise you that I will take care of the mansion well like Ms.Varvara did before."

Master Gregory nods and says ,"And I truly sorry and what a pity that she passed away ,she is a good headmaid whose taken care my wife and this mansion very well."

Sir.Igor says ,"Indeed ,master ,she is a good person."

Ms.Daria says ,"She is a great inspiration for all of us."

Then ,Master Gregory says ,"Alright ,I wanted to see my daughter, where is she?"

Sir.Igor says ,"Of course ,master ,she's inside her room ,safe and sound.

And Ivan is guarding her in front of her room as well."

Then ,Master Gregory nods and goes upstairs to go to the fifth floor to meet her daughter ,Lady Anastasia Grosvenor.
