"Is it really okay to leave the boys alone at the hotel for the night?" Xiaosi asked as he and Bohai walked hand in hand along a private beach. Bohai was carrying a bag over his shoulder.
"I think it will be perfectly fine," Bohai told him. "I may not trust Chonglin, but I do trust Xiumin with my life. Xiumin will keep everything under control, for the most part."
"That's a lot of trust to put into such a small kid," Xiaosi said, causing Bohai to laugh and nod his head. He glanced at Xiaosi with a tilt to his head.
"My brother is a good kid. As long as he doesn't lock me up with another talisman, then I think all will be well," Bohai told him. "And he only did that to save Everett. Cause he thought I would kill him or something."
"That makes me want to ask," Xiaosi said, stopping in place and taking the bag from Bohai. He opened it and took out a large blanket, spreading it out over the sand. "How was it? Being raised by demons and all?"
