“Case Files”

A woman walked through the halls, dressed fit for a commander with her hands behind her back, and a serious expression, two guards at her side as she approached a scientist.

"You've captured them all, yes..? Show me what you've found immediately."

The woman said, the scientist almost looking scared as they nodded and quickly rushed to the first containment cell, the woman following.

"Ah.. Yes, Ma'am..! They all refused to state their names but.. Our first subject carries a sword only he can lift.. He claims there's sometjing special about his eyes but he refused to elaborate.."

The woman nodded, standing up to the glass, as in the containment cell was Bennett, his eyes slightly glowing orange as he breathed om thr glass making it foggy.

The woman raised an eyebrow as Bennett became writing in the fog, spelling out 'You're wearing purple-' but before he could finish it the woman called out.

"Tase him."

Bennett was quickly met with multiple tasers, knocking him to the floor as the woman sighed, walking forth. The scientist was even more frightened by ber cruelty as he lead her to the next cell.

"This is our second subject. They've somehow managed to kill multiple guards already.. She can mutilate her flesh and bones to form into weapons, and regenerate theough cannibalism.."

The woman seemed quite fascinated with this subject, a slight grin on her face. Reece, on the other side of the glass, walked up to it before punching it, the woman flinching back.

"That'd be quite useful if we could harness the power.. Get onto that immediately."

The scientist nodded, telling others to start researching on Reece's powers, before walking to the next cell.

"There were 3 found ring users, this being one of them. We originally believed his ring was derived around water, but we've found that he can't use his ring under sunlight, giving us the belief that he wears the Ring of Moon."

The woman's smile grew, 3 rings in one place was incredibly lucky, she practically carried the power of 3 gods in one place.

"So we've now discovered 3 rings, how perfect.. Once we control the wearers, we'll gain whatever we please."

The scientist looked down at his notes, shaking his head as the woman glanced at him, interrupting him before he could get a word out.

"Bring me to the next ring wearer, that's what I care for most."

Her glance became a glare as the scientist wuickly nodded, leading her to the next cell quickly.

"We believe this is the so called Doll God recently heard of from cults.. Her name's Morell, and she's been quite open about her powers and background."

Morell floated in the middle of her cell, her entire body wrapped up in bandages that carried symbols allover them, seemingly restricting the extent of her powers.

"She seems weak to exorcists and such, but even then we couldn't fully restrain her powers.. She has perfect sync with her ring, possibly above those heard in legends.."

The woman nodded and gestured turning on the microphones on each side as she stared at Morell.

"Tell me everything.. Your powers, the others we've captured, where your from.."

The woman asked, a giggle heard echoing through the building as everyone looked around, the guards aiming their guns attempting to find the source.

"Don't be alarmed.. it's simply I. I woke up in this doll's frame in a world of dread.. It didn't take me long to realize my first ability."

A portal formed on Morell's chest, before multiple demonic arms shot out, bringing her closer to the glass.

"But I knew I could do more.. I faced a man of strength, and learned to control what defies all science, a black hole."

Both the scientist and the woman's eyes widened, Morell's giggling continuing.

"I then faced the glutton and attained my Ring of Dark… I wanted to save the world, to revolutionize the Ruler, but I entered a dark side.."

A dark essence began leaking out through the bandages of her hand, before the darkness formed the shapenof two rings in the air.

"You've heard of the myth of wearing two rings, I assume… By putting on the second you perish, correct? I out on two rings after killing my sister and attaining hers."

The bandages began peeling off by themselves, guards quickly entering her cell.

"But it turned me evil, I gained a demon inside of me I had to get out… I did things I could never be forgiven for.. So…"

The guards all aimed at Morell as all the bandages were removed. She remained calm, sitting down as she crossed her legs, smiling at the woman.

"I will not resist restraint, I will remain in this domain as long as needed.. However I wish for free reign, I wish to not be wrapped up in a tiny cage.."

One of the guards asked for the woman's permission to fire, as she shook her head, gesturing for them to back off.

"I will consider this.. For now I ask you to stay in the cell until we think this through.."

Morell nodded, her soft skile growing as the guards left her cell. The woman walked to the last cell herself, her eyes slightly widening, followed by a smile.

"If it isn't New York's greatest fugitive.. So this is where you've been the whole time."

She glanced to Nico's hand, compeltely shocked to seeing him wear two rings, before looking at the scientist.

"Yes, I meant to tell you earlier.. This is Nico Ryoto, and through what we've gathered, he is the The Ring Bearer."

The woman gasped as she quickly let herself into the cell, looking at Nico before walking to him. Nico stood up, glaring at her with his hand rested on his sword.

"So the myths are true.. The Ring Bearer is real..!"

She grabbed Nico's wrist, holding it up as she looked to his rings. Nico was a bit surprised by how assertive she was.

"I am Rika.. I've been searching for the Ring Bearer for long now, and now I've found you.. Please, tell me what rings you carry..!"

Nico too his hand back, clenching his fist as his two rings subtly glowed, his head tilting as he looked back as her.

"I'm not answering to a terrorist."
