A Powerful Class

Drake suddenly woke up in his cottage in a jolt. He sat suddenly upright in his bed and looked around, no one was in his cottage and he was sitting on his bed all alone. Drake suddenly remembered that he had gotten the class and then fainted once he saw 'Mythical' in the description. Drake quickly pulled up his stats and looked at it once again to confirm this.

[Drake Silver] [Lv 1]

[Job: Novice Adventurer]

[Class: TrueCore Aura Master (Mythical Rank)]

[Strength 10 / Intelligence 10 / Stamina 10 / Agility 10 / Defense 10 / Luck: ???]

[No items or armour to list]

[Titles: Commoner Of Roshad]

Drake didn't even sigh in relief as he stared at the incomprehensible rank he was looking at. This was far from what he could imagine and he didn't know how to proceed with this, so he decided to look into his class skills that he had available to him right now. He searched his database in his mind and his status screen and realized something was wrong with this class. So he continued to comb over information about his class that he did not know before. Usually, when you get a class it is handed to you through a book and then you study that book and adapt the styles in it to fit your needs. However the book that his master had given had gone into his head, and for some reason as soon as Drake starting thinking about his class skill he started "remembering" information that he definitely did not know.

It seemed that the Mythical rank itself was handicapped right now, as there were five seperate parts of what was referred to as a 'True Core'. The first part was gained when you first attained aura, the second was at around level 250, the third was level 500, the fourth was level 750 and the last True Core piece was attained at the max level of 1000. This was a daunting task for anyone to try to undertake, but to Drake this was more like a heaven sent opportunity. He started to try and find more information on what he currently had for skills.

[System notification: Player has begun to search thoughts for stats that do not appear in regular mode. System auto-help function has detected abnormal information that need to be properly served]

[System notification: Player has unlocked the Mythical Rank Class True Core Aura Master. This class is a sealed Ultra-Rare class that will force the player to fight intense battles against strong monsters.]

[System notification: Currently the player has 2 Class Skills. [Attack the Strong] Is a passive boost that will multiply experience gained from killing higher leveled monsters than the players current level. For example: if the player is level 1 and kills a level 10 monster then instead of the normal 5302 experience, the player would gain around 8000 experience]

Boom. That was a bombshell that dropped onto his lap. So All Drake had to was to just kill really high leveled enemies? That was easy enough to do with his basically unlimited knowledge. Even as he was contemplating how extremely overpowered this was the system revealed another secret bombshell.

[System notification: The second class skill [True Strength] give the player +1 to their strength stat for every level gained (upgradable as player gains more true core pieces)]

'Holy Shit' Is all Drake could think of as head read that class skill. This was the most overpowered skill that drake had ever seen. It was said that rankers in the top 100 of the universal rankings would reportedly pay BILLIONS just to increase one stat by a point or 2 just to get the extra edge in a tough fight. This was a thousand times more effective than that, Drake began to ponder the effects of this on his plans and he came to figure out that with gaining experience very quickly and with strength to spare he could really compete with anyone and win very easily. This would be the start of his journey to the top and now that he had this class, he would every waking moment into the game. If Drake wasn't sure he'd succeed in making his empire in this world before, now he was certain that he could pass whatever obstacle was in his way. Drake decided that he would finally attack a dungeon, and the one that was near here had several flaws that made hunting in there very easy for someone like him.

Drake went and left a note on his masters doorstep explaining how he had awoken and was just in shock after receiving all the information in the class. He was sure since his teachers was also apart of this class that he would understand that particular struggle and he also included that he wished to test himself and that he was going to go to a dungeon in the area. After dropping off the note, he grabbed the spear he used in practice, which was a common rank spear. Certainly not the greatest but Drake knew that he could get really good equipment ingredients from the dungeon he was going to, so he wasn't all that concerned about it. The common spear was plenty for creatures up to level 40. After that the spear would not work very effectively.

After leaving the village and walking on the road for about 20 minutes, he got a system msg from someone as he heard the slight 'ping!' noise. He opened his msgs and saw that Loco had finished his trials and wanted to know if he could meet and speak with Drake. Drake saw no reason to turn down the future top ranker and gave him a gps pin on where he was. Conveniently Drake and Loco weren't that far away from each other and after about 45 minutes of waiting, Loco arrived to meet Drake.

Loco came up to Drake and said,"Hey Drake, I want to you to know something but it is something I cannot casually reveal to just anyone. However, this is a secret I am going to entrust you with." Drake was a little confused but nodded his head and told Loco to continue. "Drake, The NPC you sent me to, he gave me a semi-legendary class called blood mage"

Drake looked at him in disbelief and said to Loco,"I thought it would be an Epic class skill, but a semi-legendary? Good god…"

Loco looked at him and said,"Wait, if you thought it was an epic class skill why didn't you go for it?"

Drake looked at him and said," I will also tell you my secret as well, the class that I obtained from the village we first talked in was a genuine legendary that I initially thought was semi-legendary." Drake said. Drake didn't particularly like lying, but until he was strong enough in the game and in real life, he couldn't reveal that he actually had the only recorded mythical class.

Loco suddenly had a look of both fear and admiration on his face as he was very scared on how Drake could accurately pinpoint a class skill. This was considered impossible to most who had started playing from the start like they had, everyone on the new forums site were complaining about it. However Drake seemed to be able to perfectly predict that a class skill would have at least a semi-legendary NPC and to get the correct events? This was a truly scary power that Drake possessed and Loco's instincts as the son of a business man told him that there was huge money to be made in this game and Drake seems to be the perfect golden ticket. However neither Drake nor Loco wanted to be the one to spill the rest of their secrets first so they left it as there being shock between the two very overpowered classes.

Drake then asked Loco,"Hey Loco, I am going to raid a dungeon that's near this area, there are a shit ton of mobs inside that area. I was going to clear it out slowly over the course of 2 weeks and raise my level slowly but you wanna try to do a genocide run?" A 'Genocide run' was what it sounded like, a group of players (normally much higher level than the dungeon required) would blitz through the dungeon as fast as possible to gain the rewards at then end of the dungeon.

Loco seemed to be interested and said to Drake,"Wow! A boss wipe right off the bat? Im glad your confident cause if anything over level 30 attacks us in that dungeon we are toast!" He laughed

Drake and Loco set off into the wilderness to find the dungeon and to officially start their power leveling journey. Drake and Loco both did not know that there was someone just beyond the tree line that was watching them, he was covered in a thick a shadow and was impossible to see with the naked eye. He was watching them run into the forest and then the shadow was gone like it never existed and there was a quiet forest once more.
