Chapter 24: Intermission III

Cornholio then went to sit down on his seat putting out his phone; Boscha went up to him and told him "aren't you forgetting something?"

"I already told you before that thanks to your behaviour you will have to behave for the rest of the Season and lucky for you that is just 3 episodes left! Now leave me alone so I can look up toy pictures of the upcoming Netflix CGI He-Man show online! Then I may go to Netflix and watch Season 11 of Archer since they did a bad job of letting viewers know that it's on there for the UK Netflix! Just like with Disney Plus and how I only found out the 2nd Season of Amphibia is up there yesterday by accident!" Cornholio told her before going back to his phone. "Seriously when can I expect a toy of robot Orko here as you looks adorable? Still at least this show is getting proper toys unlike She-Ra where the only figures where a two pack stupid expensive convention exclusive..." Cornholio said as he looked up to see Boscha there coughing to get his attention with her arms folded.

"I meant; aren't you forgetting about the refreshments?" Boscha asked as Cornholio shook his head.

"This break is only to let you all recover from the last 2 episodes and you already had a refreshment break sometime ago! Now off you go unless you want your get up to be replaced by Luz's otter suit?" Cornholio threatened as Boscha angrily went off in a huff.

"Come and let me get another look of how adorable you are Boscha dear!" Boscha's mother shouted much to Boscha's embarrassment.

"You still wonder why I don't invite you to things or want my friends to see you mother! You always embarrass me; you would think that you would have gotten through that thick skull of yours after last year's Grudgby match with Glandus!" Boscha shouted as Boscha's mother looked down.

Luz, Camila and Amity were taken a moment to recover from what they had just seen on screen but decided to best and try and forget about the forged letters for now at least. "Boscha's mother really puts pride and devotion into Boscha's work as captain of Hexside's Grudgby team and gets overexcited when she came to watch the game. Last year she had gotten into a fight with the mother of Glandus's team captain and almost bit her head off." Amity explained to laughter from Luz and Camila.

"Biting her head off; thanks to what I have seen off the Boiling Isles on screen I don't know whether she figuratively or literally tried to bite her head off." Camila laughed as Amity didn't answer that.

"Principal Bump got her banned from all Grudgby games under... What was it... Oh yeah under threat of being sent to the 8th Circle of Damnation... Principal Bump has some forbidden knowledge it seems..." Amity explained some more to their amusement.

They then saw Willow and her dads coming up to them along with Skara and the bat student. "Sorry but I went to talk to my Dads and we were giving you space after what happened but I told them about what we said in the other room Amity... They started to insist on coming up here as we saw you laughing with Luz and her Mum." Willow said as she started to hug both Luz and Amity saying "This has been one of the best experiences ever! I start over with my old best friend and see her get together with one of my newer best friends! I am so happy that after that talk; I didn't have to sit and be tortured about you trying to hide how you feel about Luz!"

Willow had practically squealed the last bit as Amity and Luz returned the hug and they let go; "We can see that it's not entirely your fault about how you ended things with Willow but we are still not happy with how you treated her for years. We spent so much time comforting Willow as she wished that she wasn't so weak and useless or else she would still be your friend. Hope you won't upset her like that again..." Gilbert said with a frown along with his husband as Amity looked down sighing.

"I promise that I will start to be the friend that I wasn't Mr & Mr Park." Amity promised as their faces softened as they looked towards Luz.

"Nice to see you up close Luz and so glad that Willow has found herself a new friend! We can't thank you enough for helping her as while we thought the Abominations Track could get Willow far in her studies; she has been far happier and excelling better in the Plants Track than before! We wish that we could have realised that ourselves but thank you for your help!" Mr Park said smiling at Luz before raising an eyebrow. "Please be more careful when you are with our daughter; you have been in so much near death situations as we have seen that I have no clue whatsoever why your mother hasn't had herself a heart attack!" Mr Park softly asked as Luz wished that she could honestly promise that they won't be in anymore.

"Congrats again on getting together! Seriously we should double date as I know this great restaurant that my parents and I got to! I can fit the bill and so you can come with me and..." Skara said before Cornholio suddenly appeared and covered his mouth.

"Please don't say his name; while I honestly doubt he will be seen again I don't want to give him a name here in case he does or Dana reveals his name on Twitter. I already betted it on giving the girl the name Samantha and I don't want to try my luck again. I would rather not do anything that would later be contradicted by the show again." Cornholio warned as they were dumbfounded as Cornholio let go of her mouth.

Luz then found her legs being held by the excited young girl and Braxas; "Wish you could be in our class Ms Luz but Ms Amity now has a cool girlfriend! She deserves the best as the best storyteller!" Braxas said as Amity was red in the face.

"Thank you Braxas but can you two please give Luz some space." Amity asked them gently as they let go as nearby there was Eda, King and Lilith watching with the twins whose hoods were being held by Lilith in case they would go over and do something to embarrass their family name.

"Okay, if you can please take your seats again we will begin soon..." Cornholio said as they noticed he had a manga book in his hand. "Oh sorry, this is volume 1 of the manga tie in to Little Witch Academia which started as specials but became a full anime series. Basically there is this clumsy not very good but nice excitable student at a witch school and ends up befriending her rich and talented rival who I ship them with! I bet you can see the appeal but I was a fan before the show..." Cornholio said as there were mutterings as they returned to his seat.

"So another witch school; trying to copy the Harry Potter books?" asked a human teen as Cornholio sighed as popped into his hand to show off was the compilation book Earthsea the First Four Books. "A Wizard of Earthsea by the late great Ursula K. Le Guin and first published in 1968; made use of magic schools long before they were popular!" Cornholio said as both books disappeared in his hands. "I am not saying that just because a work popularized an idea makes it bad or unoriginal but don't use it to claim rip off when later works make use of similar ideas or could be inspired by them!" Cornholio muttered as he went back to his seat for the next episode.
