Irreparable Damage

Ray jerks awake, in a cold sweat after seeing himself on a throne. A couple of people gasp in shock, including some nurses, as well as Felair, Minaric, and Asrea.

Ray shifts, slightly, noticing his exhaustion has lessened. "How long was I out?"

"Not too long, only a couple of hours, you were shifting quite a lot though…" Asrea replies.

Ray nods his head, "I assume if we are all here we one the fight?"

Felair nods, but the room goes silent, until eventually, Minaric speaks, "We won… But well over four hundred of our allies died during this siege. If it wasn't for Asrea here, we probably would have lost…"

When the amount of casualties is listed, a chill goes down Ray's spine as he thinks, 'Damn… I was too focused on finding Asrea if I had helped… No, no point in hindsight, I can't change the outcome. I still feel that woman's presence so it would appear my champion survived…'
