Valentine’s Day arrived, and I planned a romantic night for Jesse, except for sex. I heard about Pat’s butt cramp incident. That was a hell no, and if I can make it a romantic night, excluding sex, even better.

Markus went out with Hayden, and Mason had a date with Skylar. I set everything up at the house and ordered food. Okay, that’s a lie. I know nothing about romance, so I called Dad.

We video chatted, and he guided me on what to do for my evening, then told me to buy a box of raincoats.

/"Why do I need raincoats? I’m not having sex,/" I reasoned.

/"Do you ever plan on having sex?/" Dad asked me.

I thought about it. /"Define planning and sex,/" I answered.

/"Erin? Are you sure Kaxon is my kid?/" Dad asked Ma.

/"You were there when we conceived Kaxon,/" Ma exclaimed.

/"Was I asleep?/" Dad questioned.

/"I don’t think so,/" Ma answered.
