Chapter 16

Most of Vincent's free time went into sword practice and studying magic, however he did always set at least some time to be with Victoria. Today Vincent didn't have any lessons under Alex or Elizabeth yet he still practiced swinging his sword, as well as studying magic. After finishing he went to visit Victoria was more than happy to see him. The two started by working on improving the Stiching done on the scabbard for Titerron and than continued with Vincent recounting his experience in his lesson with Elizabeth. Victoria told Vincent that she started with a new exotic hobby. However Vincent was underwhelmed when he discovered the so called exotic hobby was cooking. It truly was exotic for a princess who shouldn't need to cook even once in her life to do so, but it certainly wasn't what Vincent had in mind when she called it 'Exotic'.

At noon Vincent came to his father. James had finished work earlier than usual as today was a special day. The two left the castle and started heading towards the rose plaza by foot. The rose plaza is the main center of trade for middle to upper class individuals living in the central areas of the capital, the plaza was surrounded by may stores and stalls selling anything from simple produce to expensive jewelry. James and Vincent were going to a famed blacksmith calleds Cassio who comes from the famous Kendralla Smiting Family. They were here to pick up Vincents sword.

While James could've sent a servant to bring the sword to Vincent, he knew that Vincent would wanted to be reunited with Titerron as soon as possible. Of cores they didn't go alone as they came with a small entourage of guards. As they entered the smithy they saw a muscular bold man with a thick orange beard. This was Cassio himself, usually one of his apprentices would handle the matter but not this time. Cassio solemnly handed the sword to James who handed the sword to Vincent. Cassio wordlessly turned around and started working on another weapon. Since Cassio had already been paid before he started work there was no reason in his mind to speak further with his customers. It was common knowledge that most if not all members Kendralla family were not very sociable. Vincent Hugged his sword as he left the Smithy with James. As the two returned home Vincent lifted his sword to read the inscription.

Vincent: "Dad!"

James: "Whats the matter Vincent?"

Vincent: "The Inscription! Its wrong!"

James: "Let me see"

Vincent handed the sword to James. James lifted the sword and saw nothing wrong with the inscriptions. "Vincent I don't see anything wrong with it."

Vincent: "Dad the sword is called Titerron."

James: "So?"

Vincent: "He Wrote Titron!"

James: "Well both could be pronounced as Titerron..."

Vincent: "Dad!"
