Shisui Vs Itachi Uchiha: A battle between friends!

"Go, Arashi!

Go towards the boar."

'The boar?' I nodded after I understood.

Itachi and Shisui pointed their blades at each other while waiting for the other to make the first move and counter it.

They both knew each other so well, they trained together for years and developed their style alongside each other.

This was a fight between the two Uchiha.

"Itachi, it didn't have to be like this.

You're like my younger brother, I'm only doing this for the betterment of the clan.

Sasuke, Arashi, I'm doing this for them.

They don't have to live in a world like ours, they don't have to always have their accomplishments undermined only because of their last name."

"You aren't doing this for the clan, Shisui.

You're doing this for yourself, I can see it in your eyes.

You want revenge and you want payback; you aren't like this, you can still come back.

Don't let hatred overcome you, Shisui."

"Being a genius and you still don't understand.

I'm not doing this for myself, I'm doing this for my family."

With that said, Shisui made the first move and ran toward Itachi.

Itachi did the same and ran towards Shisui, hoping to get the better side of the clash.

With hands so fast, Itachi could barely react, Shisui threw multiple shurikens and jumped back to get some space.

Itachi's eyes widened, and he quickly started deflecting them.

Shisui wasn't done, he quickly made hand seals and inhaled a lot of air.

"Fire style: Fireball Jutsu!"

Fwoosh! Boom!

Shisui formed a giant fireball that filled half of the room and headed toward Itachi.

Itachi widened his eyes and frowned.

'He's serious.'

"Fireball Jutsu!" Itachi quickly shot a fireball back at Shisui.

Boom!!!

The two fireballs clashed in the middle.

Itachi and Shisui kept on going, seeing who'd give up first.

The ground below them was burned, and the room was burning.

Given Shisui's head start to the preparation, his Fireball was overwhelming Itachi's, and he was in the offense.

'I can't keep this going.

Shisui has larger chakra reserves than mine and he's mastered chakra more than me.

I have to find a new way around.'

Itachi looked around, hoping to find another way.

'What?' Shisui's fireball shrunk, and he flickered away.

Boom!!!

Itachi's fireball hit the exit and made it collapse.

'Now Arashi's safer.'

Itachi looked for Shisui but couldn't find him.

"I don't want to fight you, Shisui!"

Shisui came from behind and attacked Itachi.

"That's your problem!"

Itachi quickly reacted and blocked Shisui's tanto.

"Caw!" Shisui turned into a flock of crows.

"Genjutsu?!" Itachi frowned.

"Arashi's far enough not to be hurt during this fight." Shisui gripped his tanto.

"Uchiha style: halo dance!" Shisui flickered in the air and sent multiple waves of fire toward Itachi.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The waves of fire hit the walls as Itachi dodged them.

"You're going through with this?!"

Shisui flickered behind Itachi and swung his tanto.

Itachi quickly blocked it with his Katana.

"How many times must I tell you? This is the only way.

You can still join me, Itachi.

Even I don't want to continue fighting you."

Itachi grit his teeth, struggling to fend off Shisui.

"You're not thinking straight, what's the point of answering violence and cruelty with more violence and cruelty?

The clan isn't what's at stake here, what happens when we win, we beat the entire village? Things will become worse, the Shisui I know could see that."

"You aren't fighting the same Shisui."

Shisui cast a genjutsu on him and then he jumped back, making hand signs and landing on the wall.

"Fire style: Fireball Jutsu!"

He sent a giant fireball toward Itachi.

The Fireball hit Itachi.

"Caw!" Itachi's body shape shifted into flocks of crows that swarmed Shisui.

"Genjutsu?!"

"You're right about one thing, you aren't the same Shisui I know.

That one wouldn't let his emotions cloud his judgment.

You would've seen right through my genjutsu the moment I cast it."

Shisui frowned and grits his teeth.

They continued battling each other, and even then, they attempted to reason with each other.

Both of their attacks were furiously powerful, causing damage to the hideout.

Meanwhile, Arashi was escaping, he had gone into the woods where they hunted the boar, the swampy and misty area created a good hiding spot for him and anyone nearby.

He hid above the swamp, on top of a hill that had tall grass.

"Huff… Huff…" I was panting and holding my knees, hoping to catch my breath.

'Big brother Shisui and big brother Itachi are fighting because of me…

Because of these eyes…'

I frowned.

"Damn it!"

I punched the ground and caused a small crack.

"I wish I didn't have these eyes!"

I took a kunai from my pocket.

'This is it, I'm done with these eyes!

These eyes bring power at the cost of your life.

Everyone I acknowledge will always suffer. That's the cost, and if I'm right…'

I looked at the shining kunai as I thought this through.

My hands are trembling and I'm sweating.

'This is the right decision.

Isn't it?'

The kunai shined as I moved it closer to my eye…

As I was staring into the kunai, I could see the faces of the people I've affected because of my eyes, big brother, Naruto, Sasuke, and even Kakashi. I knew this was the right decision and moved it closer to my eyes.

As it was getting closer, a ray of light shined and reflected, blinding me for a moment. When I looked back, a man in a mask stood behind me.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

He said.

I rushed away and threw my kunai behind me.

Thud!

The kunai passed through him and hit the stone behind him.

That man was in a long black robe with a collar standing in front of me, he wore an orange mask with black flames from the side and he had long spiky black hair.

There was something off about his presence.

He felt like the embodiment of evil.

And the way he appeared out of thin air, nothing felt natural about him.

"Leave me alone!"

He didn't respond; the mist became thicker, and he vanished within it. I couldn't see his chakra anymore.

'I have to go back to big brother…

I'm…

Scared!'

I hurriedly left and launched myself with chakra.

I could feel my heart pounding so fast.

"You aren't going anywhere."

He appeared out of nowhere and grabbed my neck.

I squirmed to get free and kicked to make him break loose, but none of that worked.

With a single hand movement, he threw me to the tree like a piece of paper.

"Just how did you get those eyes, young Uchiha?"

'He- he knows I'm an Uchiha? That means…

He's been following us the whole time!'

I looked back at him and answered,

"I… I don't know…"

As I was getting up, I felt his hand on me again, as he pulled me by my hair.

'I'm not strong enough to hurt him, but maybe if I…'

I held my hand out and infused chakra.

"Almighty push!"

Boom!!!

A mighty force repulsed everything surrounding us, shattering the trees and parting the ground.

Creating a massive explosion that rang throughout the area.

Back at the Uchiha hideout, as Shisui was about to deliver his punch to Itachi, he heard that thunderous noise from Arashi's direction.

"Arashi." They muttered and left immediately after.

Shisui flickered towards him, faster than ever, while Itachi followed and tried to keep up.

"Shisui wait!"

Itachi called out to his friend but was ignored.

After that attack, the fog was clearing up, but dust and debris replaced it.

"Cough! Cough!"

I coughed as dust entered my lungs.

'What?' My eyes widened, and I stared ahead.

The man in the mask stood there, still holding my throat without even a scratch on his body…

"No way… I haven't-

I haven't even scratched you…"

He stood there…

Just staring at me.

'That's the most powerful one I've ever done, it's impossible to survive.'

I made a hand sign and flickered away.

"Stay back! Stay back! Leave me alone!"

I grabbed a kunai and aimed it at him.

I couldn't stop it. I couldn't stop trembling.

"Those eyes will be mine…"
