The power of the spell was beyond amazing. The necrotic fire was so intense that it seemed capable of melting armor and rotting the sky, but Sarukan's shield held strong. The heat of the flames made him feel as if his arms would burn to ashes, but the pain did nothing to weaken his determination.
"AHHHHH!" Lord Commander Sarukan roared with all his strength as he unleashed the full power of his True Name. His eyes ablaze with resolve, he pushed forward, his path cutting through the necrotic fire, bringing him closer to the enemy.
Grand Lich Morkon was shocked to see the level of physical power that Sarukan was displaying. He channeled even more energy into the necrotic flames, but the warrior kept rising with the shield until the man managed to reach him.
