Chapter 171

Elena felt her heart caught in her throat when she stared at her son in the sand. The way that he had screamed to her made her heart ache. She truly was the most horrible mother in the world.

Instead of watching her children and keeping them safe she had stood in the sidelines while her children were taken away from her. One after the other she lost each and everyone of them.

It was so sad and painful to have him look at her like that. She reached out her hand up her him back when the illusion fell apart reminding her of the fact that her son was dead.

She was enraged with the nerve of the king to play such a trick on her. She touched the sand and the storm ended bringing the desert king down with it. He fell to the ground.

For some reason his body was not healing like it is supposed to. He was surrounded by sand everywhere but that was not enough to help him heal from the wounds that his wife and daughter had nflicted on him.
