Chapter 14 – A Duel at the Courtyard

Third person POV

Then, at break time, Kichi and Haru had a duel. Students from different classes came to the courtyard to watch the fight. Upon looking around, Kichi was scared with shock. "Everyone is here?"

And then, Haru said to him seriously, "You had beaten me in the entrance exam."

He then pulled out and wielded his weapon, a sword, and the students were amazed.

"H-He has a sword?" Kichi asked in his mind. "This is not good."

Then, Haru pointed his sword towards him. "Do you think you would get away just because you have a high score?"

But then, Kichi became serious, activating his serious side. "I just do what I need to do, of course. If you want to fight me so badly, then do it; right here, right now."

He then get his dual Kali sticks from his back pocket and beckoned him. "Come and get me."

This seriously pissed Haru off, and he used Berserker, charging at the young boy with power around him and his sword.

But Kichi used Danger Sensation to dodge his attack, before hitting him with his fighting sticks.

Everyone, including Catalina, is amazed by Kichi's fast dodging and skills in fighting.

Haru was still up, but in mild pain. "You little..."

"Let's do it fairly," Kichi said to him as a suggestion.

"Shut the hell up!" Haru exclaimed back, before trying to hit him with his sword.

But Kichi dodged that again with Danger Sensation, and punched him in the face, but not too hard.

Watching this, Catalina thought, "He's that strong? He's so young!"

The teachers are also watching this from a window of the second floor. It was Kiba who arranged the fight so Haru would win against Kichi, actually.

Back at the fight, Haru felt the pain of getting punched. "How can you be that strong?"

"I trained under my stepfather back in my country," Kichi explained back. "That's why I'm strong, and smart, too."

But then, Haru responded strongly, "SHUT THE HELL UP!"

He then used Berserker and charged at him once more in an attempt to defeat him.

But, just like last time, Kichi dodged it with Danger Sensation, but this time, he kicked him in the face with his left foot.

But that wasn't that hard at all so Haru would only suffer moderate pain.

This time, Haru collapsed in pain and was unable to fight.

Everyone, including the teachers, was shocked to see that Kichi had won the fight.

Kiba was disappointed, but he just shrugged it off, knowing that Kichi was smart and strong in his own right.
