As Helena came into the living room of Callie and Cristina's new apartment, she set the box she had been carrying down.

"Why are you carrying Callie's clothes?" Cristina asked, her brows furrowing. "You're person, you're supposed to help

"Hey, Lena's helping , I asked her first." Callie complained, entering the room.

"I'm both of your friend, I'm helping of you." Helena shot back, a slight smile on her lips.

As Cristina put her box down, the older woman complained. "You're clothes, you're room. The living room is not gonna be a dumping ground like your old place was."

"Did you not hear her?" Hahn asked, walking into Callie's room after the Latina.

Giving Helena and Meredith an exasperated look, Cristina simply dropped her box on the ground.

"Ok, she kinda scares me." The blond said, shrugging.

"Yeah, she's scary." Cristina agreed.

"You're scary too, Cristina, but we still love you." Helena argued, setting down her box and walking out of the apartment door behind her friends.

"Callie needs a new best friend." The Asian rolled her eyes. At that, the short girl let out a quiet giggle. "What?"

"Nothing. Nothing at all..." Helena shrugged, amused by her friends' obliviousness.

As Helena walked to the nurses station the other residents were at, she turned to George. "Know anything yet?"

"No, nothing." The boy answered. Apparently there were no updates on whether he'd passed his intern exam.

"It's gonna be fine, you're gonna pass." She whispered back, their shoulders touching.

As the Chief walked past them, George turned after the man. "O'Malley, I made a call, they don't have your score yet. If I knew, I would tell you."

George maintained a focused expression as the brunette let out a sighed. As she felt someone approaching them from behind, she turned to find Lexie. "Hey, you passed. We're all gonna go to Joe's tonight and we're gonna celebrate. Me and Lena are gonna buy you a beer and all the peanuts you can eat."

"What if I didn't pass?" The boy asked, clearly anxious.

"You did. But then we're just buying a loser's beer and drinking a bit too much." The short girl joked, nudging him.

"Grey, you're with Hahn today. Stevens and Karev, pit." Bailey instructed, looking at her notes.

"Oh, come on." Alex complained.

"That's not... the Chief wants us to have a change, that's not a change. I'm always stuck in the pit with Alex." The blond rolled her eyes.

Bailey simply ignored them as she kept reading. "Yang, Clinic."

"What? No!" The Asian let out.

"Wait, wait! The clinic is mine, I say how it's staffed!" Izzie butted in. "She'll just ruin it."

"Yes, I will. I'll just ruin it." Cristina agreed, making Helena smile amusedly.

"No, you will do what I say. And since Yang couldn't be bothered to show up at the clinic since it opened, think of it as a new frontier in her training." Both woman let out annoyed noises. "Campos, you're on ortho."

"Dr. Bailey, I haven't been in peds or neonatal in a ." The girl whined, giving Bailey her best puppy dog eyes. "Besides, even Dr. Kenley says he misses me."

"Campos, you're puppy dog eyes ain't getting you out of this one, no matter how cute they are." The older resident shot back, Helena letting her head fall back.

"Sorry." Meredith let out, provocatively.

"You're totally not sorry, you got Hahn." Cristina complained.

"Ugh, the kids have literally been telling the nurses they miss me. I mean, I like ortho, but it's no peds or neonatal." The short girl whined. "Little Alice even made me a card, how's my heart not supposed to melt at that?!" Helena got a little card the toddler had scribbled on, her grin wide."See?"

"God, if Baby Einstein is this unbearable with other people's kids, think about how she'll be with her own." Cristina complained to Meredith, who giggled. At that, the short girl playfully shoved her.

As Helena approached Callie, after taking care of some post ops, she sighed. "Mrs. Cox has taken her meds, after much convincing and Mr. Price says his pain has gotten better." As she noticed the older resident looking down, she asked. "Calls? You listening?"

At that, the Latina looked around before telling her. "I'm going on a date with Hahn. And, huh... that's awkward. Because there's been kissing but... huh, no touching. And what if I'm not into it? What if I'm horrible at all that stuff... south... of the border." She stage whispered the last few words, looking a bit panicked. "Cause I've never been south of the border... with a . I've never even been over the... northern mountains. But you... you have. Right?" She asked, Helena's brows shooting up at the slight indiscretion, a slight blush appearing on her cheeks.

"Look, Callie... I'm... talking about my sex life? Not really something I do. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm just a bit private about it." Helena said, her blush only growing, as she nervously giggled.

"Ok, right. Sorry, forget I said anything." Callie answered, shaking her head and clutching her charts to her chest as she left.

"The... the northern mountains?" Helena mumbled under her breath after her friend left, giggling.

As Helena and Callie scrubbed into surgery, the silence between them was a bit awkward. Only the sound of the water running and the hand washing could be heard.
