Sect master Situ sighed as he gazed upon the elders from the Dragonseal Family who were led by the mother of the Long Yuyin, Long Shuyun who was one step away from snapping the neck of this brat.

" Young master Ling, your proposal would be sent to the Dragonseal Family and when the answer is received you will be informed." Sect master Situ said with a smile as he wanted them to leave.

The Lingqun sect might be small but it was one of the forefronts of the conflict between the Divine Feather Sect and the Demon God Land hence why they couldn't lose them.

" Thank you for your kind words, Sect Master Situ." Ling Kong snapped his fingers as a servant presented a scroll to him which he handed over to the Sect Master while saying.

" Ancestral Gu wanted to personally give this to the sect master but due to the strange behavior of the Demon God Land, he wanted to stay in the Lingqun sect territory for its protection in case anything drastic happens."

Sect master Situ and the elder council nodded as they dismissed Ling Kong.

About the marriage request, they wouldn't even glance at it as they had more serious matters to attend to and the Sect Master didn't want to anger the Ancestor realm expert, Long Shuyun.
