The Bull of The Wild Beasts, Part 1

I came back to observe the second squad again. I'm studying their movements to know when I can fight Jeiro alone. But it became hard to observe after the some strange guy noticed me. I think he's on to me so I dressed up more differently than before and found another place to observe Jeiro.

"Hmm…" after a four days of observing them, I noticed how Jeiro likes to go alone when buying his own drink. So maybe that's the best time to beat him up. "Yeah, we'll go with that."

It's a cowardly move but I'm a girl, I don't care about that stuff as long as I get my plan done. I'll come back again when Lyde is released from the hospital.

Before on my way back, I got petrified seeing the guys from yesterday. "I see you don't listen to warnings. What are you trying to do with Jeiro anyway?"

I glared at him and got myself prepared to run as fast as I can. Now's not the time to fight anyone yet. "Mind your own business."

"But this 'is' my business."

"So you are a member of their gang!" I said. Shit, this is not good.

"Mm, yeah. Do you actually want to fight Jeiro?"

"Duh, it should be obvious to you by now."

"Why do you want to fight him?" Is this guy really trying to make a conversation?

"Why do you care!?"

"If you want, I'll arrange an appointment for you. I have my ways." He smiled suspiciously and I took another step back. Damn this guy is way creepier than those thugs.

"I don't trust you!" I told him.

"Just come tomorrow, I'll be waiting over there with Jeiro." He pointed at a spot near the bridge. "You two can fight there and I'll be the spectator. I'll try to stop him before he murders you."

"Why would I believe that?!" This is getting ridiculous. He chuckled and tried to mess with my wig, I got his hands off before he could discover that it wasn't my hair.

"Because you're such a cute kid. I really would like to see you all beaten up properly." What a sadist.

"Tch. Whatever."

"Oh just trust me! Hahaha!" I ran away before that psycho say anything more weirder than his last one. I guess I wouldn't be able to come back here tomorrow.

Keto's pov

That weird guy still showed up even though I already warned him yesterday. What an idiot! Jeiro have already noticed the guy and I'm trying my best here not to let him become another one of his victims.

I scratched my head as I watched him run away from me again. He stands no chance against a guy like Jeiro, and it's becoming a little hard to control Jeiro these days. I feel like I want to change favorites now but I don't want to do it just yet.

Maybe if that weird guy shows up again tomorrow, I'll have Jeiro kill that guy and call the cops on him. That way I won't have to bother thinking of a complicated way to get rid of that shitty guy, haha!

"Keto!" I looked behind me and saw Ash running up to me.

"Yo, what's up?" I asked.

"About the west park, some of the reapers were lurking there again."

"Well that's shit, have you reported this to Ren yet?"

"Nah, not yet. They weren't doing anything bad at all, but I don't think they're just passing by."

"Of course they're not! Buy some brain, will you? Those bastards are up to no good, so we should tell Ren about this as soon as we can."

"You're so mean." He complained.

"Yeah, yeah… let's go to Ren now." I said as I dragged him with me.

Lynn's pov

"Congratulations on your release you idiot." I welcomed my brother as he got back home.

"Hehe, how's your arm doing?" Grandpa ask him.

Despite the warm welcome, Lyde even had the guts to complain. "Geez, you guys didn't even bother to fetch me. Am I not a member of this family at all?"

"Well, who would want to fetch a problem child? Right, gramps?"

"I would never fetch such child! I rather drown it deep in the ocean for being gay too." It made me laugh hysterically when grandpa still remembers the thing about Ace.

"What!? Who the hell said I was gay?!" Veins popped out his forehead. Grandpa points at me while staring at him with disappointment. "It is indeed sad to know the family name will end here."

"LYYYYNN!!!" Lyde started chasing me and I just can't help myself but laugh at him.

"Sure, try and catch me, one armed loser! HAHAHAHA!" The day that I'll kick someone's ass is coming too soon, so I have every right to be this happy before I do what I was requested of.
