Courtesy demands

Dorcas shivered in fear as he drew closer, her breathing pace kept increasing as his steps with fury emerged. Margie wasn't so scared as she is cut out for the worse with him. She previously has had encounters with these kind of people on traffic jams and so is set to have him deliver his worse.

"Margie please pull up your window's glass completely please, I can't stand this man hurt you please" Dorcas pleaded with a shaking voice but got no response from Margie "Oh God, oh God" Dorcas added and closed her eyes, holding her hands together underneath her jaw as the young man knocked on Margie's window's glass

Margie adjusted on her seat to enable him see half of her face, her eyes precisely. Although, she pretends to be in control of the situation, her tensed eyes still radiate fear of the young man's masculinity.

"Hi" she said as she managed to fix an eye contact with him

"Qué ser tú el problema la niña?" he said angrily to Margie's confusion as Dorcas quickly opened her eyes

"Qué what?" Margie replied squeezing her face to tint her eyes a bit in misperception

"I think he is speaking Spanish" Dorcas intervened humbly as she can relate with what he is saying

"Cool, because I don't understand anything" Margie retorted as the young man kept talking to himself in a high tone, increasing his anger

"Young man, I do not understand you" Margie shouted back aggressively casting hateful looks on him

"Hey, its ok" Dorcas asserted to calm Margie down, drew closer to Margie and raised her face to create an eye contact with the young man.

"Holla!" she greeted waving to the man but was ignored as he still barked at Margie

"Estar tú ciego? qué tu no pòder ver mi?" he said as he pointed his left fingers at the front of the car angrily "Thank God I do not understand you" Margie said carelessly and face her front. Margie's nonchalant response prompted Dorcas to intervene again

"Lo sentimos, por favor perdone a mi amigo" Dorcas pleaded meekly on Margie's behalf establishing a bridge over the language barrier between the two parties.

Although, he understood Dorcas he still raged restlessly due to Margie's first reaction.

"En lugar de lamentar qué levanto la voz sobre mi" he complained furiously pointing at Margie as she looked away

"Por favor perdonanos" Dorcas pleaded again calmly with her hands joined together

"Let's get out of here please" Margie chipped in indifferently as she tried to move but was stopped by Dorcas

"Can you just behave" Dorcas cautioned looking intently at her as the man kept expressing his resentment "He was on my way, what I'm I supposed to do?" Margie questioned raising her shoulder and eyebrows.

As the traffic's queue kept moving, Margie didn't move to enable Dorcas settle with the man. Other drivers behind Margie began horning with their cars as they waited for Margie to move but she didn't.

"You know you owe him an apology right?" Dorcas quarried meanly "Unfortunately, I don't understand him" Margie defended herself strongly as Dorcas ignored her reason to talk with the man

"Por favor" Dorcas still pleaded as she noticed his anger is subsidizing "Tienes mucha súerte" he stated with an odious gaze on Margie and walked away unexpectedly

"Gracias" Dorcas shouted to his hearing as he walked away, leaned back on her seat and Margie drove forward

"So, now drivers behind me will render me deaf with their loud horns because of some ill-mannered Spanish guy" she uttered carelessly as she matched the brake at the back of the next car

"They should wait, Margie" Dorcas said meanly "I'm sure you don't want to incur the wrath of these aggressive drivers" Margie uttered as she lifts her hands off the steering wheel

"Whatever, you don't just treat people like that" she added "But I couldn't comprehend what he was saying, if not for you…" Margie defended herself strongly again

"Those reasons are irrelevant, courtesy demands you wait and apologize. Even if you don't understand each other, use signs" Dorcas advised and looked away angrily "Thanks for that Mrs. Psychologist" Margie teased and laughed playfully making Margie to smile serenely

The traffic congestion kept moving until Margie is privileged to make a right turn into Mamieu-Beet.

"Thank goodness we are here. By the way, when did you learn Spanish, such that you can speak it so fluently?" Margie asked curiously throwing glances at Dorcas and driving at the same time

"I was privileged to be in Madrid for my master's degree under Absolute Justice. That was before I met Tom" Dorcas explained proudly with smiles "

"Wow! That's good. At least you are diversified in lingual perspective" Margie complimented as she nodded appreciatively "So, can you translate what you guys discussed please" she requested calmly and still maintained a deranged glance on the road

"Ok. First when he came to your window he asked what is your problem young girl" Dorcas explained illustratively "Ouch! Young girl? Does he even know I'm married?" Margie questioned sadly "I don't know" Dorcas replied with laughter and continued

"He also asked if you are blind that you didn't see him"

"OK, that must be when he pointed at the front of the car" she affirmed as she nods her head "Yeah, then I said Hello, we are sorry, please forgive my friend. And he complained that instead of saying sorry, you shouted at him" Dorcas explained plainly "Really" Margie exclaimed with her eyes and mouth wide open

"Yeah, I still pleaded and he said you are so lucky and walked away angrily" Dorcas continued explaining

"Me? What exactly can he do?" Margie challenged arrogantly squeezing her cheeks to prove he is harmless "You never can tell" Dorcas chipped in raising her shoulders "Well, I concluded with Thank you" she added

"Please I know Gracias means thank you" Margie boosted as they laughed "You need to pay me for saving your ass out there" Dorcas teased as she opened her left palm in request for the money "Really, I must sign up for a Spanish language class then" Margie retorted as they laughed

As Margie pulled into Dorcas's residence. Shirley rushed out of the house to report how her day went.

"Welcome mummy" she greeted as hugged each other

"Thank you dear. How was your…" Dorcas inquired when Shirley caught sight of Margie and quickly left her arms and rushed into Margie's.

"How are you my love?" Margie asked smiling

"I'm good, Uncle Charles was here and he promised me a bronze bangle the next time he comes" Shirley reported happily

"A bronze bangle?" Dorcas and Margie asked simultaneously and looked at each other with surprise
