"Hmmm, then it's settled! Alan, you can make the final decision!" Irina declared confidently.
"Huh?"
"Wait, what? This is something that both of you should decide. How can you leave it up to me? And Cecilia might have different plans than the one I choose," Alan protested.
"Cecilia said she has no problem. Just select one for us," Irina reassured him.
Alan thought that he would help narrow down the options, and then Cecilia and Irina would choose the one they wanted or thought would be beneficial to them.
He didn't expect to be responsible for the final decision as well.
As Alan reviewed the five offers he had selected, he realized they all offered similar benefits and were from well-known corporations.
( Should I go for the one with the highest amount of money offered?)
He pondered. It seemed like the easiest and most logical choice. If the offers were similar, why not choose the one with the highest monetary value?
