Meeting Luna Garcia

YAWN! STRETCH!

"What time is it?"

Alan said as he checked his phone.

Since Alan slept until 12 pm the next day, it was lucky it was a weekend. He woke up feeling refreshed. He washed his face and prepared lunch. He had to make food himself since his parents were out of the city. Luckily, he was already used to his parents going out and knew how to cook.

After eating, he switched on the phone and slid through the social media called TwitFlick which is the biggest platform. He was going through to review the reaction of audiences and also to check any recently posted reviews posted by music critics.

There was one particular post by one of the fans and it included a 30-second clip of Irina and Cecilia's performance. It had 127 shares with 1000+ comments.

Lord_Voldemort7: "WOW! Who are those idols?"

ArrogantBworm: "They are Irina and Cecilia. It was their debut yesterday."

Lord_Voldemort7: "Really? They are good. I think I will follow them. I think they will be the next big thing." …

From the comments, Alan could see that most of them really liked the performance. There was also an increase in reviews by music critics who even they had praised Irina and Cecilia's performance. With such reactions, Alan could rest easy.

However, his work was not done yet. As soon as he finished eating. He went back to his room and was writing some things down. He included Irina and Cecilia's schedule and the plan for their future development.

For the weekends. I became even busier than before. I thought that after Irina and Cecilia's debuts, I would be able to enjoy my free time.

How wrong I was!

Because of their success, there were many journalists who had been trying to get an interview with Irina and Cecilia. There were also some TV shows that wanted them to feature them on their shows.

And they would all call me. One time I came back from the bathroom, I was shocked at how many missed calls there were. And it was not only them that I had to deal with.

I was repeatedly told by the fans to release their singles. Many people have heard some part of the music through clips, but there have been no official releases. They requested the release on Irina and Cecilia's social media.

So, I also had to make time for Irina and Cecilia to stream those songs on YouView and on MeloPlay. I had to capitalize on the fame that Irina and Cecilia had gained through their debut.

I want to rest, however, this opportunity can't be missed, especially considering that Irina and Cecilia are only new idols. I had to make use of every opportunity that I got.

Amidst all of this, my weekend has ended with me scheduling and making plans for Irina and Cecilia. I also had to take the day off on Monday because Zayden, one of the directors of Dreamwave Entertainment, was urgently calling for me.

I don't know what they want! If there is some nonsense that they want to say, I thought that I would immediately leave.

If I had a choice, I would never associate with them. However, because Irina and Cecilia are still working with them, I had to associate with them.

As I have seen Dreamwave Entertainment management lacking their support for Irina and Cecilia, I didn't have a good impression of them. Though I was only listening to Zayden because the last time he called, he seemed to be concerned about Irina and Cecilia.

Along the way, I met some of the employees. They greeted me pretty enthusiastically, with a very different attitude compared to when I first came in.

They must have thought that Irina and Cecilia's debut was going to flop at the time and that I would be fired. However, now that the results are out and Irina and Cecilia's debut has succeeded, they are showing a completely different attitude.

Anyway, I was going to meet with this Zayden guy when I finally met the enemy of Irina and Cecilia, Luna Garcia.

I have previously heard about her before he became Irina and Cecilia's manager. Though she is a popular idol, I wasn't really interested and didn't know how she looks.

However, I had to research her as I knew that she was making trouble for Cecilia and Irina. It is better to be aware of your enemies.

She was walking out of a room. It seems that she caught sight of me. Or was she waiting?

I wanted to walk away and just mind my own business.

"You!"

However, it seems that fate has another plan for me. Luna called out to me. I know she was referring to me as there was no other person other than me and her manager.

"Yes? Did you call me?"

I asked.

"You are the new manager for my juniors, aren't you?"

Luna asked. She was smiling and giving off a friendly smile. If I didn't know about her situation with Irina and Cecilia, I might actually think that she was a caring senior of theirs.

"..."

I don't know what to say to her. I didn't know she would even recognize me. Since she could, I knew she was keeping an eye on Irina and Cecilia. There was no other to recognize me otherwise. I had to be vigilant against her.

I also know about all the dirty secrets that exist behind the entertainment industry. She might try to do something to me.

"He is? Isn't he?"

Luna turned to her manager.

"Yes! He is Alan Sterling, 16 years of age. Studying at Starfire High School, the same school as Irina StarLight and Cecilia Florez. He became manager of them on July 23rd of the year 3481. His father is Evander Sterling and his mother's name is Lysandra Sterling who owns an investment company."

Luna's manager replied. It seems that she had collected data on me, much to my displeasure. I glared at them.

They were definitely provoking me. Or at least their behavior suggests so. They might even attempt to threaten me. Luna Garcia, if she wanted to, could end the business of my parents with her influence and power.

"So, you are him. Why didn't you answer so?"

Lun asked. She had the same smile, though in my eyes she looked horrible.

"What do you want?"

I asked straight away. She had researched me and meeting her doesn't seem to have been an accident, but rather planned.

"No song, no songwriters, no preparation, but everything was prepared and ready in one month. How did you accomplish all that?"

Luna asked.

"..."

I didn't answer.

"If you don't want to say, then I wouldn't ask. Anyway, I am here for another reason."

Luna said. Then her manager handed her something which she eventually handed to me. I didn't know what that was until she said.

"Alan Sterling, be my manager!"
